Ariana Biermann opened up about her parents stealing her money on Sunday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live.
After outing Kim Zolciak, 47, and Kroy Biermann, 39, on the premiere episode of Next Gen NYC, Ariana, 23, confirmed if they also stole from her older sister, Brielle Biermann, 28, addressed their messy divorce, and shared if they’re back together while also speaking of Riley Burruss‘ feud with Charlie Zakkour, 30.
“I would like to very much clarify: Everybody wants this to be just my mother. This was a joint partnership in taking the money. I gave my parents, though, a notice that I’m going to be telling the truth, my truth, and my story. And this is what’s happened. It was both of them,” Ariana stated on the June 29 episode of WWHL.
According to Ariana, who said she’s unsure of the amount Kim and Kroy took, and doesn’t “want to know,” the only time Kim asks her for money is “if it’s regarding the bills or it’s something she needs for the kids.”
“Then she pays me back when she can,” Ariana explained.
While Ariana wouldn’t comment on rumors about Kim’s gambling habit, she did reveal that Brielle was also a victim of their parents.
As for how she reconciled with Kim and Kroy, Ariana said she put family first.
“I think that, you know, nobody wants to be put in situations that they are put into, and my mom, no matter what, will be my best friend forever. Money should never ruin a relationship with your family. You can always make more money, and God blesses us in that way, and I have my mom, and that’s all that matters,” she reasoned.
Ariana also has her dad. However, she admitted their relationship “goes in waves.”
“It depends on what motion he’s filing throughout this insane divorce this week … [But] he’ll always be my dad no matter what,” she stated. “I think that it’s just a tough situation right now because I think a lot of these things are just coming from more anger and nothing else.”
When asked what the biggest misconception about Kim and Kroy was, Ariana said that it was fans thinking they’re back together after they jointly filed to dismiss their divorce.
“For some reason, right now, everyone thinks they’re getting back together, which is absolutely insane,” she noted.
Then sharing that she has memories of Big Poppa, saying, “Someone asked me the other day if he was my dad, like my sperm donor. I was like, ‘Excuse me. No,’” Ariana confirmed she’s not in touch with her real dad.
Moving on to Charlie, Ariana said he had an unfair bias against Real Housewives kids.
“Even right before we started filming, I heard from multiple people that a lot of people were like, ‘We don’t want to do a show anymore because this is just going to become a Housewives’ kids show.’”
While the cast may not have wanted that, Andy Cohen, 57, pointed out that their notoriety was “probably what initially got [Next Gen NYC] greenlit.”
“I bet,” Ariana agreed.
Following Charlie’s messy spat with Riley, 22, during which Riley called Charlie out for microaggressions, Ariana said she’s not spoken to her castmate.
“I think I still kind of feel the same way I did the first second I met him … [Riley] is amazing, and she really handled it better than, honestly, I would’ve. I wanted to punch him out, very disrespectful and gross,” she noted, continuing on about her friendship with Riley. “Riley is my best friend. She’s probably my best friend in the city. I spend so much time with her. She’s the best. I’m so grateful for the show because it honestly reconnected our friendship. From the day we hung out, we went out to dinner, have seen each other every single day since.”
Although Ariana initially hit it off with Ava Dash, 25, and thought she was “a really sweet girl,” their good times eventually came to an end on Next Gen NYC.
“I didn’t know we were pulling mean girl behavior,” Ariana shared.
As she remains close to Riley, Ariana said the two of them were hoping to get Kim and Kandi Burruss, 49, back together.
“Our dream is to do a parent trap with them, bring them to dinner, not say anything, and have them reconcile their differences,” she revealed. “We’re such best friends we feel like there’s no way they can’t reconcile.”
As for Kim’s relationship with Chet Hanks, 34, Ariana said she’s unsure of where they stand before adding, “She talks to him here and there. They’ve been friends, though, for a while.”
Another tidbit Ariana shared on the live broadcast was that Kim recently “got a new house.”
“She still lives in Atlanta, in the suburbs, and she loves it,” she revealed.
Later, on the WWHL: After Show, Ariana was asked about Charlie’s threats and where they stand today.
“He threatened to fight [my boyfriend Hudson McLeroy], but we’ll see as that progresses in the season,” she teased. “However, my man Hudson is a very respectable person who would never stoop down to a 30-year-old’s antic games.”
Ariana then shared the biggest misconception people have about Real Housewives‘ kids.
“I feel like people think that we’re very stuck-up, bratty kids because we watched our moms do all the amazing things they’ve done and paved this path for us, but I think a lot of us are honestly just very grateful that they’ve paved this path,” she explained. “I wouldn’t be here without my mom on freaking Watch What Happens Live. Are you kidding me? Kim brought me here.”
