Following the Rangers game against the Pittsburgh, several reports revealed that 29-year old superstar goaltender Igor Shestekrin has suffered an upper-body injury and will likely be out for 1-2 weeks.

However, as the Rangers returned to practice on Tuesday, starting goaltender Igor Shesterkin was absent from practice as he's still dealing with an upper-body injury, which as resulted in the Rangers to recall goaltender Dylan Garand from the Hartford Wolf Pack.

There is still time for Igor Shesterkin to heal up as the New York Rangers only play on Saturday the 22nd against the Buffalo Sabres at 5:30PM for their first game since the 4 Nations Face-Off break.
