New Celeb Big Brother feud as Love Island’s Chris Hughes clashes with co-star during a task - suong

THE CELEBRITY Big Brother house erupted into its latest feud last night as Love Island's Chris Hughes clashed with Chesney Hawkes.

After Big Brother rewarded the housemates with a karaoke party for their success in a cat-themed challenge, things quickly took a turn for the worse.

Chris, 32, chose Three Little Birds by Bob Marley and the Wailers, despite Olympian Daley Thompson, 66, already claiming the song for himself.

Chesney, 53, didn’t hold back, fuming: “We already took that one. Are you going to argue with Daley f***ing Thompson?”

Caught off guard, Chris tried to defuse the situation by inviting Chesney and Ella Rae Wise to join him on the mic.

But Chesney wasn’t interested in making amends, snapping: “No, no, no you're not my friend anymore” - a line he later claimed was a joke.

The explosive scene left fans buzzing online.

One viewer wrote on X, formerly Twitter: “I wish I could bet on Chesney and Chris voting for each other next nominations."

Another added: “Chris & Chesney are really getting on each others nerves."

Someone else agreed: “I really think Chesney is serious though and not joking. He hates Chris' guts!”

Daley’s eviction followed the earlier departures of Trisha Goddard and Sir Michael Fabricant.

Mickey Rourke was also booted from the show last weekend after making offensive and homophobic comments.

Big Brother star Daley Thompson takes huge swipe at co-stars as he calls them 'rats' after being evicted

Speaking to hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best after his exit, the former decathlete said: “If you ever get a chance you should spend a couple of weeks in there - it was brilliant.”

However, he didn’t hide his frustration at being nominated, branding his housemates "rats".

In a quick roundup, Daley discovered he had been nominated four times – once by fellow nominee Patsy, as well as Angellica Bell, Chris Hughes and Donna Preston.

While viewers couldn't hear what he said, he got visibly annoyed and spoke to the audience as Patsy and Chris argued that he didn't chip in enough around the house.

He then calmed himself and told AJ and Will: "None of them surprised me because they're all rats."

Daley then swore on his son's life that he did do the washing up and his share of the household chores, pointing at his kid from the audience as he did so.

As well as that, Daley would later take another shot at his housemates, saying: "In there, all you can do, I think is, all I could do is just try and be the person that I am.

"Whereas all the people in there – they're all performative artists, there are some people who are professional reality stars, if you do that all the time, you know how to play the game."

Despite admitting being a competitive person naturally, he also said that he didn't go in with a gameplan himself.

"No, it's absolutely out of my control. I'd have been happy to come out first or last, on that boy's head," he added, pointing to his son.

Daley was the third to be evicted from the house, and fourth star to leave the series so far.

He immediately ran into trouble, later trading jabs on spin-off show Late and Live with guest Tiffany Pollard, saying she 'had no friends' for talking as outlandishly as she does.

She later branded him "rotten".
