Nene Leakes made headlines last week after she famously unfollowed most of her Real Housewives of Atlanta co-stars following the taping of the reunion last Thursday. And now, she is taking aim at her castmates on Twitter, and even calling out her boss Andy Cohen!
During Sunday night’s broadcast of Watch What Happens Live, Andy revealed his producers had told him Nene also unfollowed him on Instagram.
Well, Nene didn’t take too well to Andy’s comments and took to Twitter to deny unfollowing him, saying she never followed him on that social media platform to begin with.
“I will say it AGAIN! I was NEVER following @andy on Instagram,” tweeted Nene on March 12. “He wasn’t following me or any housewives! He knows this! In fact i texted him and asked, why did u say that on WWHL when we don’t follow each other! ALL FACTS! Now go ask him! I NEVER need to lie. For what?”
Andy then agreed with Nene, tweeting: “Nene is right! We follow each other on twitter.”
However, just minutes ago, Nene responded to Andy’s tweet by lashing out at him, tweeting: “Thank you for clearing that up! Now post this on your stupid A** blogs.”
Nene wasn’t done yet as she also directed her ire towards her co-stars, making it clear that they are simply her “co-workers” and not her friends.
After a fan tweeted to Nene that she shouldn’t have unfollowed the ladies, calling them her “support system” as her husband Gregg Leakes battles cancer, Nene took offense to that suggestion.
“They were NOT my support system! They were actually horrible to be around during a time like what Gregg and I were going thru! There was no mercy,” she wrote, “These are my co-workers! NOT my friends and that has been made VERY clear to me.”
Finally, Nene slammed Cynthia Bailey and Kandi Burruss as “weak.” This comes following reports that Nene was upset with both ladies, who continue to spend time with former RHOA star Kenya Moore, as she apparently feels “betrayed” that they are trying to get Kenya back on the show.
A fan tweeted to Nene that “they” are trying to kick her off the show in order to bring Kenya back, to which Nene responded: “The 2 weak chicks who she’s in an alliance with is for sure but it won’t work hunni! I said, it won’t work hunni.”
As we reported, immediately following the reunion taping, Cynthia and Kandi spent time with Kenya for an “impromptu date night” with their significant others, and shared photos on their Instagram pages.
Cynthia and Kandi have yet to respond to Nene’s tweets.
