Monica Garcia is accused of 'threatening' and 'harassing' Heather Gay's hairstylist, Tenesha Luckett, with shocking details revealed in the police report - suong

REAL Housewives of Salt Lake City's Monica Garcia has been accused of stalking and harassing Heather Gay’s hairstylist Tenesha Luckett, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal.

Tenesha, 34, has been brought up during the RHOSLC reunion when Heather, 49, revealed that she had supplied her with "screenshots, text messages, audio recordings, videos, photos and DMs," proving that Monica, 39, was behind the Instagram account, Reality Von Tease.

The Housewives star's hairstylist has since been sharing her side of the story on social media and with news outlets.

However, it has not been revealed yet that Tenesha and Monica's feud has taken a turn for the worse and Tenesha has had to get police involved.

According to police records exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun, Tenesha has made complaints against Monica three separate times since last summer.

On July 26, 2023, she called Utah's West Jordan Police Department to report suspected stalking.

In the report, cops said they spoke with the freelance hairstylist, who said that she has seen Monica "driving around her neighborhood" and thought it was "very unusual" since the reality star lives in Kaysville.

Tenesha had recognized Monica's black Range Rover with blacked-out
wheels and license plate.

The travel artist informed cops that Monica has a history of
"stalking" people - people she has a "falling out" with.

Tenesha told cops that they had a falling out over "an incident at work and ever since then she has been seeing her in her neighborhood."

The report concluded with: "Tenesha stated that she is not scared of her safety, but she wants to document the occurrence in case something happens."

HARASSMENT CLAIMS

Season four of RHOSLC premiered on September 5 and the explosive finale, which showed Monica being kicked out of the Bermuda cast trip, aired on January 2, 2024.

A day prior, Tenesha went back to the police to file supplemental info and add that she was now reporting "harassment."

The January 1 police report reads: "She stated that [stalking] issue has since stopped as she has not seen Monica's vehicle in the area since.

"However recently she found out about an Instagram page in which she believes Monica made to bad mouth Tenesha."

Tenesha identified the Instagram page to be "Reality Von Sleeze" and, at the time, it apparently talked "about how Tenesha is being called out for previously having a 'burn web page' that said nasty things about other women."

Reality Von Sleeze appears to be a real Instagram account, but there are no posts and there are zero followers.

Tenesha informed cops she never created a "burn web page" and was worried that Monica would air details on RHOSLC.

REALITY VON TEASE 2.0?

Without having proof that Monica created Reality Von Sleeze, she said that "she has been receiving messages from multiple people about things only her and Monica knew."

Police told Tenesha that they needed evidence in order to charge someone with harassment, so the hairstylist went on to submit screenshots of messages she had received via evidence.com.

The police concluded the report: "As of this time, its unknown if Monica is directly involved in this Instagram webpage that Tenesha said is badmouthing her and her character.

"No threats were reported to have occurred and its currently unknown who is even messaging Tenesha on this webpage as its all apparently anonymous."

No charges were made against Monica as the case appeared to be "civil in nature."

Tenesha did report another incident to cops on January 4, claiming Monica showed up to her sister's work.

Tenesha believes Monica found out where her sister works on Facebook, but once she came face to face, "did not say anything" and just "stared" at her before walking away.

The U.S. Sun has reached out to Tenesha and Monica's rep for comment.

Tenesha told The U.S. Sun in a statement: “I have not seen her in my neighborhood for the last couple months.

"I was very hesitant on even calling the police because that’s honestly not my first instinct, but knowing the history of what I knew her to do to other people, I felt it was necessary.

“After seeing her in my neighborhood, I was extremely uncomfortable and unsettled, especially because I had been seeing her car for months, but could never confirm it was her. I am hoping I never see her again honestly. I want to move forward with my life with Monica nowhere in sight.”

SOUNDS FAMILIAR

Tenesha's accusations reported to the cops are similar to the accusations that Monica's co-stars brought up during the reunion.

Monica, who previously worked as Jen Shah's assistant, was a witness in the ex-housewife's telemarketing scheme that landed her in prison.

Heather accused the mom-of-four of setting up security cameras in Jen's home to "stalk her," while Lisa Barlow claimed she drove by the now-inmate's house multiple times.

Monica defended herself saying she was "keeping an eye to see if she was drinking and driving and violating her probation."

When it also came to outing Jen, Monica had allegedly run the troll account Reality Von Tease with other people in attempts to expose the truth.

However, the children's clothing founder's co-stars believed she said bad things about everyone on the cast, which made them turn against her.

Monica revealed on the show: "Bottom line our mission was to take down Jen. The other women were just collateral damage."

She also said: "I think having a f**king burner page on an Instagram account to expose someone and their abuse is not a bad thing. I think that’s just telling the truth."

It has since been confirmed that Monica will not be returning for a second season after The U.S. Sun reported that Monica had not been offered a contract for season five.
