Just weeks after Michelle Young ended her engagement with The Bachelorette winner Nayte Olukoya, the reality star reveals what she wants to do with the $200K she was gifted.
Young, a 29-year-old teacher from Woodbury, Minnesota, appeared on Season 25 of The Bachelor before she was named The Bachelorette in Season 18.
She chose Nayte Olukoya as the winner and they were engaged, with The Bachelorette gifting the couple $200K to be used as a down payment on a house, but after calling it off, Young told The Ben and Ashley Almost Famous Podcast what she really wants to do with that money.

'You know that was money that was gifted to both of us and I think that’s something that’s going to be decided how that’s going to be utilized going forward,' Young began.
'I haven’t officially decided, but I have started putting down some different things in place to give back, to build an organization, or just promote the change that I’ve been talking about. I think that’d be something that I’d feel really good about,' she said.
She indicated that The Bachelor producers seem to be on board with her giving the money back, adding she's 'literally been crying on the phone with the producers.'

Last week, Olukoya addressed rumors that they split up because he had cheated on her, with Olukoya insisting that wasn't the case.
'No, I didn’t cheat. Not every breakup needs to have someone to blame. Yes, the pressures were insane for both of us,' he added.
'We tried. It didn’t work. We’re sad about it. We all grieve differently. Yes, many of you seem to paint me as a red flag/ f*** boy. Maybe it’s the piercings and tattoos? Who knows. But I’m actually a decent guy, and I only want to continue getting better. As we should all want for ourselves,' he said.
