Melissa Gorga may have told a producer that she "really" didn't "want to answer any questions about Teresa [Giudice] this season" in an interview during The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 14 premiere, but she's now breaking that rule.
During a recent chat with Extra, Melissa and her husband, Joe Gorga, reacted to a comment that Teresa made about how she thought that her and Joe's late parents, Giacinto and Antonia Gorga, were giving her signs that she was making good decisions in her life.
"This is a sick statement that she made," Melissa said about her sister-in-law's comments about how her parents would think she's on the "right track" for ceasing communication with Joe. "What I'm saying is you even want to take that away from [Joe]? Make him feel they're not approving of his actions?"
"It's a control aspect and I don't care what show you got on first. You're not [the] controller of me, my husband, or my family," she continued. "So she can take the drama, you can be the queen of the show, but you're not the queen of me, my life, my house or my family."
Melissa went on to refer to Teresa as "the queen of toxicity."
"You can keep the queen of toxicity. That's on you. But I don't want to be the queen of toxicity..." she continued. "I'm happy with what I have, living a happy life."
Joe also weighed in, noting that he doesn't want to engage in the drama with his sister.
“What should I do? Should I bash her?" he wondered. "No! No! Know what I'm gonna do? I'm gonna take the right road and not do anything, 'cause that's my sister."
What did Teresa Giudice say about her and Joe Gorga's parents?
During an episode of her podcast, Namaste B$tches, Teresa spoke to her co-host, Melissa Pfeister, about the signs she sees from her and Joe's late parents, Giacinto and Antonia.
"I see my parents now all around me all the time, especially with what's going on in my family life," Teresa explained on the podcast. "And I'm getting validation that I'm on the right track."
The above comment clearly did not sit well with either Joe or Melissa.
