The winning couple bagged the whopping £50,000 prize during Monday night's final after beating runner ups Luca Bish and Grace Jackson.

Casey finally got his happy ending with blonde bombshell Gabby after appearing on the show three times previously.

Ekin-Su Culculoglu and Curtis Pritchard finished third place, Catherine Agbaje and Omar Nyame placed fourth, leaving Elma Pazar and Sammy Root in fifth.

Casey has had his fair share of couplings across his time on Love Island.

When he first appeared on the show in 2023, he was coupled up with Lana JenkinsClaudia Fogarty and Rosie Seabrook.

Then when he appeared on the first season of All Stars he was coupled up with Kaz Kamwi and Eve Gale.

As Maya interviewed the final two couples, Gabby reflected on making friends with her ex Marcel.

She admitted: 'I never thought I would be friends with him. I can unblock him on Instagram now, we can be friends.'

And when asked whether he really 'chases the clout,' Casey joked: 'Can we not mention that word ever again please?'

Before Maya revealed the winners, last year's winners and Casey's best pal Tom Clare and Molly Smith joined via video call to wish them the best of luck.

Confirming they can't wait to go on double dates when Casey and Gabby return home, Molly and Tom had nothing but joyful things to say about the new couple.

Despite the shock loss, Ekin-Su said: 'I'm really happy, I've found my man.'

'I just remember us having extremely intense eye contact, genuinely she surprised me along the way', Curtis said reflecting on his relationship with Ekin-Su.

In their exit interview, Catherine sweetly admitted she 'prayed' that someone like Omar would come in and quipped that 'good things come to those who wait'.

'For me this time round I came in here looking for exactly what I want and got that', Omar said.

Speaking about their whirlwind experience together with Maya Jama, after meeting on The Only Way Is Essex, Elma and Sammy confirmed they are exclusive.

Elma revealed: 'We're exclusive!'

'Hopefully in the future, it's going so well so far. We've got about 147 dates so far. The first date is at Elma's watching movies, eating pasta and halloumi', Sammy added.

Sammy and Elma also touched on the explosive feuds they endured with Ekin-Su an Curtis.

Sammy said: 'You get put in a lot of complicated situations in here and we just had each other's back. It's squashed now, it's all good.'

Maya caught up with the cast of this series live from South Africa - and the drama kicked off straight away.

Kaz cleared up that she didn't see THOSE text messages Liv was talking about in last night's episode, where Grace allegedly said she would 'do anything to win'.

She clarified: 'The edit made it look like I knew what was going on and I didn't see them.'

Meanwhile, Olivia claimed 'I've seen the receipts, I've said what I've said. I'm straight talking and I wish them the best.'

And Grace fired back: 'I'm absolutely straight talking too and there's absolutely no receipts so I'm looking forward to seeing them,' which earned a huge cheer from the crowd.

Will viewers ever find out the truth?

As the show came to an end, the five couples each took a moment alone to reflect on their time in the villa and look forward to what will come next for them on the outside.

Elma admitted to Sammy: 'I feel like you made my Love Island experience'.

While Gabby told Casey: 'I feel excited for you to meet my family. This is where we learn about each other in different ways.'

Omar gushed about the depth of his feelings for Catherine and she admitted she 'wouldn't change [their journey] for the world'.

Luca teased a big step is coming in his relationship with Grace, saying: 'You have made me feel so comfortable in us.

'I'm so excited to do things with you, and once we get out and meet each other's families, you will be my girlfriend.'

And Curtis recalled the first moment he predicted something would happen with Ekin-Su, and she gushed: 'You are my best friend, my lover, my boyfriend, my Love Island journey'.
