Maxx Crosby Sends Five-Word Message About Major Raiders News - suong

The Las Vegas Raiders are heading into a new stage of the organization next season, under the leadership of first-year head coach Pete Carroll.

Las Vegas fired head coach Antonio Pierce after a 4-13 season and brought in a new face with Super Bowl experience.

As the Raiders shift to a new era with Carroll, they have made a couple of major moves to the roster, including the recent re-signing of defensive tackle Adam Butler.

After the news broke about Butler's latest contract, Raiders star Maxx Crosby took to social media, sharing his reaction to the news.

"STOP PLAYIN," Crosby said. "BACK TO WORK."

According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, Butler agreed to a three-year, $16.5 million deal with $11 million guaranteed in an extension with the Raiders.

Butler originally joined Las Vegas in 2023. He previously competed with the Miami Dolphins in 2021, after playing for the New England Patriots from 2017 to 2020.

Last season, Butler recorded one forced fumble, five sacks and 65 tackles.
