Mauricio Umansky has filed for conservatorship over his father, along with his Sharon Umansky Benton.
The 54-year-old reality star - who was on Real Housewives Beverly Hills when he was married to Kyle Richards - has filed to be conservator over his 81-year-old father Eduardo.
He filed the paperwork on August 14, claiming Eduardo is unable to take care of himself while claiming his girlfriend was using him.
'Over the course of the past few months, PC's [proposed conservatee] girlfriend has become more controlling, limiting and regulating who the PC can visit with,' the filing claimed.
'She has begun to isolate him and is trying to get married even though they have been together for twenty years and never decided that they wanted to marry,' the filing added.

The filing mentions an incident where Mauricio and his sister took their father out to lunch without the girlfriend's knowledge.
The girlfriend later became 'enraged' and she was also said to be 'verbally and emotionally abusing' their father.
'Petitioner is informed and believes and thereon alleges that PC is unable to resist undue influence and fraud and has been taken advantage of by his girlfriend,' the complaint continues.
'Over the course of the past eighteen months, PC [Eduardo] and the Petitioner [Mauricio] have discovered that [the girlfriend] has taken, secreted and appropriated more than $260,000 from PC through undue influence, whether physical or emotional, and/or fraud,' the complaint said.
'During this time, he has written more than $260,000 worth of checks to his girlfriend for no reason other than she wanted it,' the document says.
The filing adds there is another $100,000 in expenses that have yet to be explained, adding Mauricio is, 'unable to stop this abuse and behavior and is asking for assistance in reigning in this spending.'
The filing also indicated that Eduardo does not have a developmental disability but states he is, 'unable to properly provide for his or her personal needs for physical health, food, clothing or shelter.'
They add he is also, 'substantially unable to manage his or her financial resources or to resist fraud or undue influence.'

The filing also indicated there will be a court date for the family scheduled for the end of October and Eduardo will be able to appear in person.
The news comes months after Umansky was spotting kissing 33-year-old actress Nikita Kahn in Greece.
Umansky had previously sparked dating rumors with his DWTS pro partner Emma Slater, 35 - but the sighting marks the first time he has been seen romantically with a new woman.
Kyle and Mauricio separated in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage but continued to live together until May, when they confirmed that he had moved out.
The pair share three daughters Alexia, 27, Sophia, 24, and Portia, 16, with Kyle also mom to daughter Farrah, 35, whose father is her first husband Guraish Aldjufrie.
