The highly-anticipated Married to Medicine Season 11 trailer just dropped, and it looks like Phaedra Parks has a new man. The only issue is we’re still not sure if he’s a doctor. Either way, this season looks full of surprises!
Not only did the trailer give us a glimpse at Phaedra’s new relationship, but the trailer also teased a new cast member and the return of a few familiar faces. Some were more welcomed than others, but you can be the judge of that. Check it out below!

If Season 10 was a refresh for M2M, Season 11 has fully ushered us into the new era. The sneak peek confirmed that everyone from the last season will return to the show, including Quad Webb and Lateasha “Sweet Tea” Lunceford. Somehow, they’re going to put husband/ex-husband drama behind them. There’s room for both of them in this friend group.
The doctors and doctors’ wives will be joined by returning cast member Dr. Contessa Metcalfe. She and her husband have allegedly resolved their marital drama, and the trailer shows her trying to make progress in her contentious relationship with Dr. Heavenly Kimes. We all know that’s not going to be a smooth journey.
As we previously shared, there’s also a new friend in the circle named Dr. Mimi Sanders. She’s a psychiatrist, and it looks like they might need her services this season because there are more than a few blow-ups teased in the trailer. At one point, it looks like a couple of the husbands nearly get physical during a beach outing.
Of course, a season of M2M wouldn’t be complete without romance. We saw a glimpse of Phaedra hugged up with her new man in the Married to Medicine Season 11 trailer, but more importantly, we saw a whole lot of Apollo Nida. Someone is really trying to squeeze him into this cast whether we like it or not. In one shot of the trailer, he even brings his wife along to a cast trip. Meanwhile, neither of them are doctors.
The drama kicks off when Season 11 of Married to Medicine premieres on Sunday, November 24 at 9/8c on Bravo. In the meantime, you can get caught up on previous seasons on Peacock.
