Married At First Sight's most shocking 'couple swap' yet REVEALED as Jamie Marinos shares a bed with her rival Eliot Donovan at Daily Mail Australia's exclusive Reunion Party in Sydney - suong

Married At First Sight has been plagued with couple swap scandals this year, but it seems the most shocking was yet to come.

Jamie Marinos and Eliot Donovan began as bitter rivals when the groom, 35, first walked out of the experiment during his honeymoon with Lauren Hall, only to return later with bride Veronica Cloherty.

But the pair have since developed a blossoming friendship, which appeared to come to a head at Daily Mail Australia’s exclusive Reunion Dinner at the Ovolo Hotel in Woolloomooloo where they shared a bed together on Saturday night.

In exclusive footage, the fan-favourite bride, 28, said viewers were worried about what happened between her groom Dave Hand and Veronica, 32, but joked they should have been worried about her and Eliot instead.

The moment began when Eliot read out a question about his experience on MAFS.

'Did you ever hook up with or kiss another MAFS cast member who wasn't your match?' he read, as his co-stars began to laugh.

Eliot looked bashful as he shrugged his shoulders and seemed reluctant to answer as Jamie quickly touched his arm and said: 'Sit down, Eliot.'

But Awhina Rutene promptly shouted out, 'What did I walk into this morning, Eliot?' hinting she caught Jamie and the groom in bed together.

'Not yet. Not yet,' Eliot said of his romantic experiences with other brides, with Jamie agreeing: 'The night is young guys. Don't c*** block me.'

Jamie and Eliot also seemed unable to keep their hands off each other during the reunion dinner, as the groom was seen placing his arm around the bride and across the back of her chair while they sat with each other.

At one point, as a waiter handed Jamie a cocktail, she gestured for them to hand one to Eliot too, saying: 'Oh, thank you. Oh, and then one for my husband.'

As everyone looked at her in a state of shock, she added: 'Sucked in guys. You thought it was Dave and Veronica!'

Another moment saw Awhina, 31, tease Jamie about how she missed frequently having sex with her former groom Dave, 36, with Jamie making yet another raunchy comment about Eliot.

'That's what Eliot's for... And you thought it was Dave and Veronica. Fools!' she said.

It seems the unlikely pair bonded after they were left heartbroken when their respective matches developed a close relationship during Feedback Week where couples were asked to swap partners.

Dave and Veronica were caught giggling and looking rather cosy in the bed he shared with his bride Jamie when producers entered their room on the final morning of the partner swap challenge.

When asked about her time with Dave, personal trainer Veronica remained vague.

'Yeah, fine. We get on. So it's good. I am having a good time. I'm not going to deny that. It's a stark contrast to my relationship with Eliot,' she said.

The situation left Jamie reeling, with viewers wondering if the once-unbreakable couple would survive this latest twist in the experiment—though it has since been revealed they split after Final Vows.

'It's definitely different. Feedback week has given me time to think,' Dave said at the time.

'Prior to leaving the apartment, Jamie told me she loved me and I did not say it back.

'Jamie saying that she loves me sort of put the pressure on me but I don't move that quick. I had to take the time to think about that.'

Dave and Veronica were later seen on a date and tension filled the air as they kept locking eyes and giggling with one another.

'It's been good having a little break from it all. It's nice to chat about it to someone who gets it,' Veronica told Dave.

'It can get very intense. You can start to overthink. It's not easy with Eliot. Maybe I'm not chill enough for him.'

Dave immediately jumped in to talk Veronica up, saying: 'I've only got a little period of time with you but I don't think that's true at all. I think you're pretty easy going.'

The compliment left Veronica blushing as she agreed: 'I think I am too. I think I'm pretty chill.'

Jamie and Eliot's bed sharing moment came as several season 12 cast members stayed at the Ovolo Hotel in Sydney to attend Daily Mail Australia’s exclusive Reunion Party.

Also in attendance at the swanky do were some of 2025's biggest MAFS stars, including Awhina Rutene, Paul Antoine, Carina Mirabile, and Ryan Donnelly.

Rhi Disljenkovic, Jeff Gobbels, Beth Kelly, Teejay Halkias, Katie Johnstone, Tony Mojanovski and Ashleigh Ackerman were also in attendance.
