LOVE Island host Maya Jama has revealed the one item she's banned from the bedroom as she gets closer to Man City star Ruben Dias.
Maya is currently embroiled in a blossoming romance with Manchester City player Ruben.
And now the stunning star, 30, has revealed the item she has banned from the bedroom amid her new relationship.
Maya shared a rant on her Instagram stories on Wednesday she woke up in her living room after falling asleep on the sofa.
"I keep felling asleep on the sofa, [I] have my bonnet on little spot stickers, little night routine," she said.
Maya added: "Wanna watch my one show, my one show and I didn't put a TV in my bedroom because I knew it would keep me up late and now look whats happening.
"I’m falling asleep on the f*****g sofa every night every night waking up with a crooked neck, Didn’t even finish my b****y show."
She captioned the post: "Recorded this for the group chat forced to share it for those that may be under the impression i have my life together."
Maya then later shared another clip of her sitting in a make-up chair, saying: "And just like that she's back to work girls, if you are sleeping on the sofa."
The Love Island host met Portuguese defender Ruben, 27, last September at the MTV Europe Music Awards.
The pair met just two months after Maya announced her split from rapper Stormzy.
Maya and Ruben were spotted for the first time together in public on New Year’s Eve when they shared a romantic dinner.
After rumours swirled about their romance, a source told us at the time: “Maya and Ruben swapped details at the EMAs and have chatted since, but things went up a gear in early December.
“When Ruben got injured and had to miss the congested new year fixtures, he jumped at the chance to see in 2025 with Maya in Spain.
"Spending New Year’s Eve together was a real step forward in their relationship.
“They get on really well and obviously make a gorgeous couple, but it’s early days.”
Speaking to The Sun during the All Stars series of Love Island that aired earlier this year, Maya spoke about the interest in her love life.
“Even before Love Island, people were interested in my love life, so I’m used to it,” she said to us.
She also hinted at how she first landed Ruben — at the MTV EMAs in September.
And she added: “Don’t be shy to hit on people or get your feelings out there, because you never know what’s going to happen and someone else could come in and steal your partner — so just go for it and don’t hold back.
"No long games, and take action.”
