It was revealed Kieran moved on from their marriage with another woman shortly after they left the E4 show.
Addressing his relationship, Kristina told the experts: 'I didn't take it well. To hear so casually that he had been dating someone made me think, "what did it mean to him?" because it meant to absolute world to me.'
Paul asked: 'How are you not together?'
'Kieran didn't want me,' Christina bluntly replied.
Breaking down in tears Kieran explained: 'One of the reasons was because of how much Christina replies on a partner.
'I've been there before and it's a trigger. I haven't got the mental capacity to console you because sometimes I don't even have it for myself.'
Kristina said: 'Before I came in here I bought two tickets to a festival because I thought I would have as husband to go with.
'Our chapter might have ended but it doesn't mean that our story has ended,' Christina added as Kieran agreed to go with her as a friend.

Kieran's new romance came after he and Kristina opted to leave the Channel 4 dating experiment after failing to make their marriage work.
The Geordie mechanic had expressed difficulties over coping with Kristina's Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder, which is a mood disorder that causes severe emotional, cognitive, and physical symptoms in the run-up to menstruation.
He also said a hurtful betrayal in a past relationship, where his ex-girlfriend slept with his best friend, caused him to struggle with commitment and Kristina even reminded him of his former partner.
