MARRIED At First Sight bride Sierah stripped off for a very sexy massage session with groom Billy.
But while the mood was perfect for the newlyweds to explore their connection more intimately, viewers were alarmed by their lack of chemistry.
Financial advisor Sierah, 31, came up with the idea and said she wanted to see some skin.
She said: "I'd like there to be a more romantic, sexy connection with Billy."
Sierah admitted to fears that if they spent too long in the friend zone, they would never get out of it.
But it didn't go to plan, and plasterer Billy, 31, burst out laughing as he entered the room in his boxer shorts to find Sierah waiting topless in a black G-string.
He joked: "Don't let the fish see this."
With no finesse, Billy then drizzled oil straight from the bottle onto Sierah's exposed back.
She said: "You've just ruined a really nice moment."
On Sierah's instruction, Billy dropped to his knees and began rubbing the oil into her back, but was chastised for not doing a good job.
"I'm more of a slow burner in these situations and Sierah's quite full on," he said. "I'm attracted to Sierah but I don't want it to just be about sex."
Viewers are struggling to see a romantic future for the pair.
One wrote on X: "Is Billy just not that attracted to her? This is very odd, this massage is extremely cringy!"
Another said: "Billy and Sierah have no sexual chemistry at all...."
A third wrote: "In all fairness, Billy is visibly mortified by the presence of the cameras. I don't think this is about lack of attraction."
Billy is originally from England, but moved Down Under 15 years ago with his family.
He makes regular trips back to the UK, and has shared snaps of himself in the Peak District, London, and Ipswich on his socials.
Bosses wanted an Englishman in the cast to hook audiences on our shores with the programme airing on E4.
Sierah previously opened up about their wedding day to 9Entertainment, saying: “The whole wedding was a crazy experience.
"Walking into the reception... the way it was set up, the flower arrangements and the venue. I was just so excited to meet him.
"Everyone got amongst it – Billy's family and friends, my family and friends. It was a hoot."
