Madison LeCroy isn’t quite out of her Charleston “dream home.”
Weeks after listing the property for $1,750,000, the Southern Charm cast member took to Instagram to gush over the beautiful addition to her family abode. Madison unveiled the special piece in a March 25 Instagram Story, in which she held a small painting of her February sonogram.
“This is crazy. I love this. It’s so pretty,” she said about the artwork. “I can’t wait to put this on the fridge because this is way better than the one [the medical staff] gave me. And it’s so real. The little canvas that it’s on is so good. Thank you.”

Madison confirmed the piece was created by a fan named Karyn — an artist/ultrasound technician based in Staten Island.
“I’m a sonographer and probably used to be your old baby ultrasound tech,” Karyn wrote in an October 2024 Instagram. “I loooved scanning all the babies! Right now, I’m working per diem in general ultrasound. This gives me the time to grow my art and pay for my supplies. One day, painting will be my only ‘job.’ But for now, I will keep putting myself out there, doing all things artsy.”
Karyn shared a peek at her painting process in a recent Instagram Story, posting a photo of her working on Madison’s gift while watching an episode of Southern Charm.
“Painting started for my FAV [Madison LeCroy," the artist captioned the Instagram
Madison announces she's selling her house amid her pregnancy
Madison — who has a 12-year-old son, Hudson, from a previous relationship— is now expecting her first child with Brett Randle, a fire chief she married in late 2022. The South Carolina native announced her pregnancy back in February, confirming she was expecting to give birth in late July.
Roughly a month after her baby No. 2 news, Madison revealed she was selling her stunning family home. She touched on the move in a recent interview with The Daily Dish, revealing she and Brett had already found their next house.
“Let’s just say….it’s exactly what we need,” she said via email. “More space, more charm, and plenty of room for our family to grow… It’s got everything we’ve wanted and then some, so get ready because y’all know I’ll be making it perfect! And, of course, I’ll be sharing every step of the way, so stay tuned!”
Madison later revealed that her Charleston house sold “in 10 days of being on the market”; however, she didn’t provide details on the final price.
