Madison LeCroy and her husband of two years, Brett Randle, are still (occasionally) living apart.
The Southern Charm cast member opened up about this during a Dec. 5 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, explaining that Brett — a chief firefighter who is from California — currently works in the golden state, but commutes back to his and Madison's home in Charleston on his off days.
As for the reason Brett doesn't get a job as a firefighter closer to home, Madison said, "The money is better in California."
"But also he's close to — I mean, he can retire in the next few years," she added. "So I'm not gonna ruin that because I'm being 'needy.'"
What does Madison Lecroy's husband Brett Randle do for a living?
As previously stated, Brett is a chief firefighter all the way out in California. Madison opened up about this unique living situation during Southern Charm Season 9, Episode 1.
"It's a great job, but it's in California, so he's gone for about three days and home for eight," she explained. "I want to make sure that every time Brett comes home, I make it special."
Madison LeCroy and husband Brett's plans to grow their family in 2025
Even with this work schedule, Madison has already set her sights on her future with Brett. During a recent interview with The Daily Dish, she revealed that she plans on having children with her husband in the new year.
"I think that growing my family is definitely my goal for 2025, and I'm just excited to focus on that more and be present and get healthy and do all those things that we tell ourselves we're going to do starting January 2," the mom to son Hudson, from a previous relationship, explained.
But, expanding her family also means upgrading her current home with Brett. "Hopefully, Brett and I will grow our family and we'll just maybe outgrow this house and have to get something bigger," she explained to The Daily Dish. "That's my plan."
How Madison LeCroy and husband Brett Randle's relationship is doing today
Although things seemed good between the couple during the Southern Charm Season 10 premiere, Madison told The Daily Dish that they'll be subject to "rumors" as the season continues. "But that’s exactly what they are: They’re rumors," she said. "Obviously I get a little upset about it because when it has to deal with people in my family, I don’t like that."
Madison added in a recent interview with Us Weekly that while there are some mishaps to come along the way between her and Brett, they're doing great today. As she put it, "There's a few bumps in the road, but we come out on top."
"I don't want to give too much away, but it's really — it's an emotional year for us," she said.
But, again, do not fear. "It'll be good. It comes out good...I couldn't have asked for a better partner," Madison concluded.
