The RHONY alum confirmed she will rent out her Sag Harbor abode while she's traveling throughout August.
Luann de Lesseps is booked and busy.
According to the New York Post, The Real Housewives of New York City alum will spend the month of August traveling around the world, making stops in Monaco, France, Scotland, and Ibiza, before returning to the United States for the inaugural Countess Luann’s Block Party (August 21).
The jam-packed travel schedule means Luann will be away from her Hamptons home for an extended period of time. But rather than let the abode sit empty, she’s decided to rent out the property beginning in August, allowing others to enjoy the Sag Harbor property during the Hamptons' peak season.
Luann de Lesseps will rent out her Sag Harbor house for $150,000 a month
Luann confirmed the move to the Post’s Gimme Shelter, stating the four-bedroom, four-bathroom house will be available to rent for $150,000 a month. The 2,500-square-foot home boasts a chef’s kitchen, an open-concept layout, three fireplaces, a sprawling deck with a motorized awning, a private dock, and 3 acres of land with incredible water views. The home also features a saltwater pool and a one-bedroom, one-bath cottage. Real estate broker Michael Riemerschmid of William Raveis is leading the listing.
Luann purchased her Sag Harbor pad over a decade ago for $3.1 million. She showed off the property in a 2017 home tour for People magazine and explained what immediately drew her to the mid-19th-century Greek Revival-style house.
“It was a blank canvas of perfection,” she said. “It was just white, simple wainscoting, an old whaling captain’s home. When I walked onto the property, I knew that this is where we would live… My former father-in-law was an ambassador to Monaco, so I have a lot of French antiques from that part of my life… It’s my safe haven.”

Weeks before announcing her rental listing, Luann confirmed her relationship with James Quine, an author/podcaster/coach whom she met on Bravo’s Love Hotel Season 1. The two sparked engagement rumors earlier this summer when Luann was photographed wearing a diamond ring on her wedding finger. She addressed the whispers during her June 15 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, saying the sparkler was not an engagement ring, nor did it come from James.
“It is an aquamarine. It was a gift from one of my admirers,” Luann told Andy Cohen.

The mother of two explained she put the ring on her “wedding finger” because it didn’t fit any other digit. She also said James had no issues with her receiving a ring from another man, as they were not romantically exclusive.
“You know what I love about James? He said to me, ‘You know [Luann], I live in Hawaii. I can’t be there with you all the time. It is totally OK if you date, and when we see each other, we see each other, because I love you.’” Luann recalled. “And that’s it… You know, what drew me to James is [that] he has a love of life and he lives his inner child.”
