The Miami-based plastic surgeon, 59, tells us he’s dating Russian model Alena Kovalenko, 25, following his split from Katharina Mazepa.

Hochstein says he’s smitten with the “incredibly beautiful, sweet and great person” but that their romance is “still pretty new.”

They’re “both Russian,” so they “have that in common,” he adds.

The couple have not shied away from flirting with each other on Instagram, leaving heart, heart-eye and fire emojis beneath each other’s recent posts.

In fact, Kovalenko just uploaded a selfie from a luxurious-looking bed with the geotag Star Island, where Hochstein lives.

Kovalenko didn’t immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Their relationship comes after we exclusively revealed that Hochstein and his on-again, off-again fiancée, Mazepa, ended things for good earlier this year.

We reported in June that the pair broke up “a few months” prior, with the Austrian model, 29, telling us she’s the one who “made the decision” and even “return[ed] the ring.”

Hochstein re-proposed to Mazepa in December 2024, four months after the duo ended their first engagement that August.

The father of two first popped the question in July 2023.

In fact, Kovalenko just uploaded a selfie from a luxurious-looking bed with the geotag Star Island, where Hochstein lives.

He was previously married to “RHOM” star Lisa Hochstein, with whom he shares two kids.

His ex-wife, “Real Housewives of Miami” star Lisa Hochstein, has long maintained that he cheated on her with Mazepa, but he has always maintained his innocence.

Interestingly, Page Six caught up with Lisa, 42, and Lenny’s mother, Marina Hochstein, last month at the “RHOM” Season 7 premiere party, where they gushed about having made amends.

Asked which of the two “initiated” the reconciliation, the Bravolebrity said they “both wanted it,” cryptically noting that Marina has now “seen things” that Lisa saw all along.
