“I expected Grace and Luca to win but shocked Casey won, but everybody's a winner so it's all good."
The former Islander also felt as though a revamp of the ITV2 show was in order.
"Yeah, I feel like we should revamp it man, get people from other countries all the different Love Island's and just get them all at once," he revealed.
"I feel like everybody knows each other," he admitted.
This week fans were shocked to see Gabby and Casey take home the Love Island Crown beating Grace Jackson and Luca Bish, who appeared to be extremely popular with viewers.
Grace and Luca were the bookies favourites, but it was Gabby and third time lucky star Casey who won the £50k.
The couple have gone from strength to strength over the course of the show but they also looked completely stunned as their names were called.
They beat fellow finalists Curtis Pritchard and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, who came in third place, and Catherine Agbaje and Omar Nyame, who were finished in fourth place.
Also in the running were were Elma Pazar and Sammy Root, who came in fifth.
Back in 2022, Dami found love in the villa with his now girlfriend Indiyah and the couple came third.
Since appearing on the show, Dami has started his own clothing brand, Snow Bunny.
He has launched a whole range of tracksuits with his pink Valentine's Day collection completely selling out.
Speaking about his brand, Dami said: "The process is things from my imagination and bringing them to real life, putting on clothes and getting people to wear them.
"People seem to be f***king with the brand and there's a positive outlook.
"That's what I was trying to give and I feel like that's being received a lot more than it was intentionally in the beginning."
