A LOVE Island star has sparked concern for her relationship, after she revealed having a "tough time" with her long-distance boyfriend
Love Island star Ella Barnes has spilled the beans on when she met, but at the same time talked about how "tough" a long distance romance can be.
The reality star is dating footballer Neil Farrugia.
In a post on her Instagram story she was asked how she met her boyfriend, and she replied: "Me and Olivia Hawkins went to Malta for @isleofmtv festival last summer.
"I met Neil the first night I got there and we juts clicked instantly.
"I was never meant to go on the trip it was super last minute.
"I am truly a believer of that everything happens for a reason.
"We met organically in person which is so rare these days and I'm super grateful for that.
"Even more rare is that we make it work long distance!
"However by the end of the year we will ne living together."
In another post she revealed it had been "tough" as she hadn't seen Neil for "four weeks", as they live so far apart.

The couple went Instagram official in October, after teasing their romance last summer.

The couple were first spotted together over the summer, as they celebrated Ella's 25th birthday in Dubai.
PAST LOVE
Ella's love life includes a short stint with fellow Love Island star Mitchell Taylor after meeting in the villa, but they split shortly after.
She was also linked to Towie star Roman Hackett, but is now firmly loved up with Neil.
Yet this isn't the first time Neil has dated a Love Island star either, as he was previously linked to Gemma Owen - daughter of former England footballer Michael Owen.
Gemma starred in the eighth series of the show back in 2022, and during her time in the villa, Gemma's ex Jacques O'Neill joined the cast - leaving Gemma stunned.
At the time it was reported that Neil wanted to do the same to try and win back his former girlfriend.
He previously told OK!: "If I did, I would definitely try my best to turn Gemma’s head back in my direction – and I think I could make that happen.
"Our relationship ended on really good terms, so we still have positive vibes between us.
"I think I could make things interesting in the villa."
