A LOVE Island star has been involved in a terrifying collision with a double decker bus.
Shaughna Phillips has revealed how she was travelling with her one-year-old daughter when her car crashed into a London bus.
In an Instagram post, the mum said: "Was involved in a minor crash last night with a bus.
"Could have been so much worse, and with Lucia in the car which was the scariest part!
"A bit sore today but I’ll take that any day. Always wear your seatbelts."
The 30-year-old TV personality appeared in season six of the revived show.
Entering the villa on day one, she was dumped from the island on day 33.
The public figure has over 1.4 million followers on Instagram where she promotes her nutrition and fitness plan.
She first rose to fame in 2020 after her appearance on Love Island where she coupled up with Callum Jones.
This all came to a head when the cast was split across the main villa and Casa Amor where Jones recoupled with Molly Smith.
Shaughna recently revealed her toned figure after being forced to deny using weight loss jabs for her transformation.
She previously joked that she looked like a "rolled up ham" as she tried on outfits from her 2020 series.
After losing six stone, she pulled on a gold crop top with a zipper at the front and matching thong.
Her rock hard abs were on full display as she posed in her kitchen with her hands on her hips, before blowing a kiss to the camera.
She twinned the stunning transformation alongside an image from before she begun the wellbeing routine.
In her caption she wrote: "I wish it was as quick as this transition makes it look, wouldn’t that be a perfect world.
"A lot of sweating, patience and a major shift in how I view food which was always my go-to pleasure and comfort.
"I still love my food - I have just learnt how to have what I want in healthy portions. So yes I’ll eat ice cream - just not an entire tub.
"I deffo didn’t lose 5 and a half Stone on my own though, my incredible nutritionist Jo T and trainers Keegan and Justin helped me get there over 14 months."
After a full body scan, the first time mum revealed she found the motivation needed to change her lifestyle.
Scan results revealed she had high levels of visceral fat around her organs which could cause serious health conditions like heart attacks, diabetes and cancer.
