ONE of this year's Love Island stars was rushed to medics after suffering an injury in the villa - but it was never shown on TV.
Former Islander Megan Forte Clarke made the big revelation during her latest TikTok.
Megan was dumped from Love Island after being voted the least popular girl.
Since then, she has been spilling the beans on life in the villa, and today was no different.
Speaking in her latest TikTok about an unseen moment in the villa, she revealed how Harry Cooksley had injured himself, and had to see a medic.
Addressing fans, Megan said: "My favourite moment in the villa was one day we were cartwheeling and Harry stood to close to the pond.
"He fully fell back, mic on, into the little ponds out by the gym.
"He had to see the medic, who told him to take two paracetamol and he'd be grand!"
Love Island has medics and welfare teams on hand to treat Islanders if they injure themselves or are unwell.
This isn't the only revelation Megan has made about life in the villa.
She has been spilling all on the many things that fans don't see of what goes on behind-the-scenes.
In a new interview with Joe Baggs on his Not My Bagg podcast, she revealed how Islanders are restricted from knowing certain basic information.
Bizarrely, Megan claimed that the contestants are unable to know the temperature during their time on the show and are never informed by producers about how hot it is.
Speaking to Joe about filming in the heat, Megan said: "Well, we weren't allowed to know the actual degrees.
"We knew nothing!"
In shock, Joe reacted: "What a strange bit of information to with hold!"
Megan said back: "But I can tell you that I was dripping in sweat.
"It was really un-sexy when we were trying to flirt with everyone."
