Lillie appeared on the seventh series of Love Island in 2021. She joined the show during the Casa Amor twist and stayed for a few weeks before being eliminated. The star is known for being in a love triangle with Liam Reardon and Millie Court on Love Island. Lillie insisted she felt "mislead" by Liam Reardon - accusing him of acting like they were a couple before going back to Millie.
Welsh hunk Liam got close to Lillie during his stint in Casa Amor, sharing a bed with her and kissing her outside of challenges behind the back of his partner Millie. When it came time to recouple, Liam decided to ditch Lillie and go back to his partner Millie. Geordie lass Lillie was so "shocked" by his actions she called him out during the recoupling ceremony in front of all of the other islanders - delivering a truth bomb that left Millie devastated.

After leaving the villa, Lillie decided to come clean about what went on in Casa Amor, insisting she was worried Liam wasn't planning to tell Millie the whole truth. Lillie told The Sun: "When I found out Liam hadn’t chosen me, I felt misled. He’d been giving me what I wanted to hear and I was convinced he was the one. He made me feel as if I had a really strong chance of going back to the villa with him. He was very hands-on - we were like a couple in there. So I definitely thought I was going to get picked. When he chose to go back alone, I was shocked."
Lillie went on to explain she didn't want to hurt Millie, but felt she deserved to know the truth about her man. She added: "So I spoke up as one girl to another... I wanted to say something to put a question mark in Millie’s head about him. Because he is going to have to say something about what happened between us. And I don’t know if it’s going to be the whole truth."
