Love Island is set to get even more intense following days of drama.
It’s been a chaotic week so far in the villa, with two new bombshells arriving and a game of Snog, Marry, Pie causing friction among the housemates. Chuggs Wallace and Samie Elishi stirred things up when they arrived as bombshells, and the return of the iconic game of Snog, Marry, Pie didn’t calm the atmosphere either.
The challenge came as a surprise to the Islanders as it has traditionally been played during the day, but this time around the glammed up boys and girls had to play it at night, with each contestant tasked with picking the islander of the opposite sex they would most want to marry, snog, and pie.
Viewers were left with a cliffhanger at the end of the show on Thursday 6 February as they waited to discover whether or not Sami would share a steamy kiss with Luca, but her choice isn’t the only one to cause friction among the housemates. In Friday’s episode, Omar Nyame chooses to kiss Tina instead of Catherine, surprising everyone around them.

Catherine is understandably confused, and pulls Omar in for a chat when she gets a chance, asking him “Why did you kiss Tina?” He responds by saying: “I’m gonna nip this in the bud, I don’t have anything for Tina.”
Their discussion becomes more intense as Catherine asks why he would kiss Tina again, saying: “It felt like deja vu, I was reliving that moment, everyone’s looking at me,” and Omar apologises for not appearing to consider her feelings. Understandably, Catherine tells him that he’s now had his second chance and he won’t be getting another. “Don’t do anything else, especially with Tina, that’s a bye… I’m telling you now it will hurt me.”
Omar arrived at the villa a week ago, having previously appeared on the eleventh season of Love Island alongside Grace Jackson, Ronnie Vint, and Harriett Blackmore. Before entering the villa, he promised his arrival would be eventful. “It’s round two so I’m ready to go! I’m ready to play the field as well. I want to be a bit mysterious. The other person will know how I’m feeling, I’m not going to tell them at first but they’ll definitely feel my aura and my vibe,” he said.

He added: "I think I'll be a bit more daring this time. I think all the girls are top tier, but for me it's Catherine, Grace, Elma and Tina. I’ll see who I have a connection with in there and go from there."
When he arrived, he immediately stirred things up by going on a date with Grace, followed by one with Catherine, who admitted her first week at the Love Island villa had been “emotional.” Omar told her: "You need somebody that's got that fire," to which she responded: "I've been patiently waiting."
The two then agreed to get to know one another more, but Catherine looks like she may already be regretting that decision.
Love Island: All Stars continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
