Love Island's Samie Elilish fuels Grace Jackson feud rumours with bold statement - suong

Following on from the ITV All Stars final this Monday, ex islander Samie Elishi has made a bold statement on her fallout with runner-up Grace Jackson and viewers are wondering whether this is the start of another celebrity feud.

Samie Elishi appeared on this year's Love Island: All Stars as a late bombshell, shocking the cast and causing a frenzy when she set her sights on Luca Bish, who was coupled up with Grace. Luca ultimately chose to be with Grace Jackson, however the drama didn't end there - with Samie weighing in on claims from co-star Olivia Hawkins that she had seen alleged texts from Grace where she said that she would do anything to win.

Now, Samie has made a bold move on social media by unfollowed Grace on Instagram. Clearly not heading towards friendship any time soon, Grace has done the same, despite Samie still following her partner Luca.

The pair's time was rocky in the Love Island villa, with both Samie and Grace competing for Luca's affections. While they resolved their issues on the show, the issue was brought back up during the final dumping - with Kaz Crossley warning Grace that Luca did mention Samie throughout his time in the villa.

On the Love Island: The Morning After podcast, Samie said after leaving the show: "So I had a conversation with Grace and we were fine. But obviously it was just uncomfortable the whole time". On her friendships with the other islanders, she explained that she was on good terms with "all the girls to be fair", but there was only one person she "didn't really gel with one to one - [which] was Grace. For obvious reasons".

Samie added that she was only ever interested in getting to know one boy as "there were slim pickings". Upon reflection, Samie joked her favourite moment was choosing to throw a cream pie in Luca's face during the Snog, Marry, Pie challenge. She named this as her "fab Love Island moment" on the podcast.

The Love Island dramatics continued after Monday's final, after Olivia shared screenshots of messages alleged to be from Grace, where she claims she would do "whatever it takes to win" prior to entering the villa in South Africa.

After the episode where Olivia made the claim, Samie took to Instagram to tell trolls to stop sending "disgusting messages", after saying that she had also seen the screenshots.

Sharing a photo of Love Island host Caroline Flack, who tragically passed away in 2020 after a battle with her mental health, Samie said: "A beautiful women was lost due to mental health and I'm seeing some of the vile messages my friends in this industry are receiving (including myself) people are very quick to forget that we are not fictional characters and you never know what's going on inside someone's head and what they are struggling with.

"Everyone taking time to send these disgusting messages should be ashamed, it's not too late to apologise and take back your 'heat of the moment' comments. Be a better person today."
