Former Love Island star Davide Sanclimenti has reacted amid some fans poking fun at his ex Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu.
The former couple, both 30, met on the ITV2 show, which they won together in 2022. Davide and Ekin-Su continued their relationship outside the villa following the final but they went on to announce that they had parted ways last year.
Last week, Davide teased that he's in a new relationship, with him having shared loved-up photos on Instagram. His post came amid Ekin-Su's time on the second series of Love Island spin-off All Stars, which launched three weeks ago.
The post was met with comments about Ekin-Su on the platform and Davide has addressed her stint in the villa in the comments section of his recent post. It included him liking a comment that suggested he was living his "best mature life" whilst his ex is on TV playing "kissing games".
One fan wrote in a comment: "Ekin's out there putting herself back on national TV playing truth bikes and kissing games and Davide is living his best mature life with his future." Davide, as well as liking it, replied with the 'folded hands' emoji.
Another fan, acording to the Daily Mail, said in the comments section: "Bro stay strong when she's on TV kissing loads of wee boys." Davide replied: "I really hope she does [laughing face emojis]. At least she will leave me alone and stop talking about me once and for all."
Davide had shared photos of himself beside his partner Iris, whom he's been linked to for some time, on Thursday. Among the photos in the round-up post of last month was one of them cosied up together on a balcony in a snowy area.
The post was shared amid his ex Ekin-Su being involved in tense scenes on All Stars. She has been coupled up with Curtis Pritchard on the reality TV show in recent weeks but there's been issues in their romance so far.
They appeared to be growing close but then looked like they could part ways last week following the arrival of bombshell Danielle Sellers. Curtis appeared open to getting to know her, despite previously suggesting that he was "closed off" with Ekin-Su.
Ekin-Su and Curtis went on to reconcile but he was then 'stolen' by Danielle, who chose to couple-up with him. Ekin-Su later said that she didn't want anything to do with him, but they appear to have reconciled once again after Curtis chose Ekin-Su at the latest recoupling ceremony. Both Ekin-Su and Curtis have divided viewers in recent episodes.
