LOVE Island has seen its most dramatic dumping EVER with one of the series’ biggest characters booted last night.
The moment left the Islanders dumbstruck because it was so savage.
Whilst the Sun is keeping the identity of the ousted cast member locked down, we can reveal they have been a huge part of this series.
A source said: “The way this dumping played out was truly savage. It was absolutely shocking.
“This Islander has been integral to the series - they’ll be talked about for years - and so to lose them was a massive moment for bosses and will be the same for viewers.
“The scenes will play out over the next few episodes.”
Last night's show saw the fallout of the explosive recoupling.
Harrison broke down in tears and begged for forgiveness after his shock betrayal to Lauren.
Viewers have been up in arms over the way Harrison has been playing with the heartstrings of some of the girls.
In recent scenes, fans watched as he and Lauren had sex in the bedroom, before he pulled Toni for a chat a short while later and made his feelings for her known.
Fans were then left feeling outraged after a recoupling saw Toni sensationally steal back Harrison hours after he slept with Lauren.
Lauren was left sobbing after being blindsided by the twist - as Toni confessed they planned to recouple hours earlier on the terrace.
Elsewhere Boris made his move on Harry's ex Emma, taking her to the Hideaway and planting a kiss on her in the hot tub.
