LOVE Island is in early talks with a star hoping to make it third time lucky in the villa.
Joe Garratt is being lined up as another All Stars bombshell - with plans being discussed to make him a last-minute arrival.
The 28-year-old first appeared on Love Island back in 2019's series five.
Now he could - like Casey O'Gorman - return for a third time in an attempt to find love.
A source told The Sun: "Joe was on ITV's list of Islanders they wanted to bring back for this series.
"He's had a string of bad luck on the previous two series, but is hopeful to make a return and finally find a connection."
In a gloomy Instagram post today, Joe filmed birds sitting by a swimming pool in a foggy location.
"Even the pheasant has got himself a Mrs," said single Joe.
During his first stint in the villa. Joe was coupled up with Lucie Donlan but was booted out alone after 16 days.
Despite his early exit, Joe was a fan favourite and was welcomed back for the first series of All Stars last year.
However, he struggled as a late arrival to form a connection as was chucked out again soon afterwards alongside Joanna Chimonides in a double dumping.
Tonight, Ronnie Vint's ex Harriet Blackmore is set to make a sensational return to confront him about messaging co-star Olivia Hawkins behind her back.
Other names that have been in early talks with ITV about making a comeback include Adam Maxted and Sammy Root.
The Sun has reached out to Joe's rep and ITV.
