Love Island fans were left stunned after learning that Harrison Solomon quit the show, with his emotional goodbye shown during Friday night's episode (July 18).
The 22-year-old had faced intense backlash from viewers over his treatment of fellow Islanders Toni Laites and Lauren Wood, with both girls brought to tears throughout the series as a result of his indecisiveness.
It was only after learning that Lauren, 26, would be dumped from the island following the arrival of bombshell Angel Swift that Harrison's attention turned toward the villa's front door. Before she left, Lauren pleaded with him to follow her out of the villa if he truly saw a long-term future with her.
While Harrison's final moments in the villa were shown on Friday night, the latest episode of Love Island: Unseen Bits which aired on Saturday (July 19) gave viewers more insight into what unfolded - including a leaving gift he was presented with as he left.
As Harrison packed his suitcase, Harry threw a waffle into his bag as a parting gift for the star. Harrison took it with him as he exited the villa, with Harry also eating one at the villa door as he waved goodbye to his friend.

Since exiting the villa, Harrison has insisted he sees a future with Lauren and has even shared that he is committed to making a long distance relationship work.
In his first interview after exiting the series, he said: "It was an emotional rollercoaster of a journey for me, there’s never been a dull moment. I’ve obviously been involved in a few triangles. The first was with Toni and Helena, I was relatively new to the Villa so I wanted to explore connections and I came to the conclusion that Toni was the better suit for me.
"Then when I went to Casa there was an instant spark and connection with Lauren, I knew from day one there was something special there. When I came back from Casa something in the back of my mind was still thinking about Toni.

"If I had left with Lauren when Shakira had the choice to send me home, I think I would’ve always regretted not giving me and Toni one final go as we left on good terms before Casa. That’s the reason I gave a little speech before the recoupling on the Terrace.
"As soon as I did that, I felt terrible towards Lauren. For two days, I tried to go tunnel vision with Toni but there was something holding me back. I felt like Lauren and I naturally gravitated towards each other, the connection we have is so so special I wasn’t ready to leave it."
