Love Island All Stars fans were left baffled after Curtis Pritchard revealed he 'cut his mum off' in the middle of a heated argument with Ekin-Su on Thursday's episode.
Viewers were shocked after Ekin-Su shouted during the row: 'F**k you if you don't think I'm authentic… I wish my parents were here.'
She was quickly interceded by the dancer who randomly said: 'I cut my mum off for a time. But we're back in contact now.'
It took that one sentence for Ekin-su, 30, to go back at ease who gently smothered his face and said: 'You're such a good man,' before stamping a passionate smooch on him.
But fans of the ITV dating show couldn't wrap their heads around the 'confusing' scene, with many pointing out Curtis was 'manipulative' for dropping the news about his mum when Ekin-su was fuming 'in order to calm her down'.

On Tuesday's episode, Nas Majeed, Montel McKenzie, and Kaz Crossley were dumped from the Love Island: All Stars villa in a shock mass dumping, following a brutal twist.
Maya Jama revealed that the public had been voting for their favourite Islanders and two of the boys and one girl with the fewest votes would be packing their bags.
It's the biggest dump of the series yet and the villa was rocked by the unexpected news.
The host, 30, told the Islanders that Nas, Tina, Kaz and Montel bagged the fewest votes and therefore only one of them would be remaining in South Africa.
Meanwhile, Luca earned the title of favourite boy and Elma received the most votes as favourite girl - meaning they had to make the difficult decision of who to send packing.
The safe Islanders were sent back to the villa and Elma was in tears as she and Luca deliberated, with the latter claiming they need to 'own' their decision.
After outlining their reasons and stressing how hard the choice was, the duo revealed they had chosen to save Tina, meaning the other three had to leave immediately.
