LISA Vanderpump's daughter, Pandora, and her husband Jason Sabo have taken out a $1.35million mortgage on the lavish home her mom bought her for her 30th birthday.
The reality TV star surprised her daughter by purchasing the $1.85million Beverly Hills pad and decorating it for her in 2016.
She revealed the couple did have a mortgage at the time, but it is believed Lisa, 63, put down a chunk of the deposit for the house.
Property documents seen by The U.S. Sun show they initially borrowed $1,202,500 from Premier America Credit Union.
New papers show the deed has since been switched to Pandora and Jason and they took out a new mortgage in December 2023 for $1,350,000 with United Wholesale Mortgage LLC.
Pandora, 37, is very involved in her mom's many businesses and is currently a board member of Vanderpump Dogs and runs Vanderpump Wines.
She has been married to Jason, 38, since 2011 and they share a son, two-year-old Teddy.
According to online property details, the four-bedroom, 3.5-bath property was "tastefully redesigned inside and out" when it was bought in 2016.
BIRTHDAY GIFT
The gourmet kitchen offers state-of-the-art appliances, a center island, and a big living room with a high ceiling.
All the bedrooms are on the top floor of the house, and the large master suite has a cozy wood-burning fireplace, lounge area, and walk-in closet.
The master bath boasts heated floors, a shower, and a traditional custom tub.
The listing also states that the property "features a generous, gated grassy courtyard, mature fruit trees, and a professionally designed pool and spa with outdoor lighting to make it ideal for enjoying day or night."
Lisa's daughter, who goes by Pandora Vanderpump Sabo, was overwhelmed with joy when her mom got her the home as a gift to celebrate her birthday.
The multi-millionnaire businesswoman has admitted she didn't always help her children out after she was slammed when her son Max didn't have electricity.
She told the Daily Dish: "I didn't care whether he had his electricity cut off.
"Work some more shifts, get the money to pay for it. I work seven days a week, so why can't he work five?
"And if he has to take a cold shower and get dressed in the dark, I don't care. And I was criticized for that.
PERSONAL TOUCH
"He started off a dishwasher in the restaurant and Pandora waited tables all through college, so I'm not about spoiling them."
But she admitted things had changed as they grew older, explaining they had proved themselves and worked hard, and she wanted to give them the life they deserved.
When she bought her daughter the home, Lisa teased on X, formerly Twitter: "Aaah this week I feel I created the biggest surprise ever! A happy birthday to @PandoraVT kindest person ever, today mummy pulled it off."
Many stars, such as Lisa herself, and even the Kardashians take out huge mortgages.
Wealthy people can leverage their home's value to get funding for other projects or to pay other expenses.
Pandora shared photographs of the property, which looked like a mini Villa Rosa mansion, Lisa's lavish home, with flowers and Lisa's favorite color pink.
Lisa's husband Ken had also been involved in decorating the home, with Pandora telling the Daily Mail, "My father’s touches on the house too were the sweetest present I could dream of, like a much longed for piano, and the fact that my parents dedicated so much time and effort to this for me makes me feel like the luckiest girl in the world.
"They've helped Jason and I start our dream life in our dream home and we cannot wait to live in it!"
