Lisa Vanderpump appeared on Thursday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live, where she addressed a number of topics pertaining to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and the women of the show.

As she threw plenty of shade at Kyle Richards, 56, reacted to Garcelle Beauvais, 58, unfollowing the cast, and addressed the splits between Kyle and Mauricio Umansky, 54, and Dorit Kemsley, 48, and Paul “PK” Kemsley, 57, Lisa, 64, opened up about her regrets, what she misses about RHOBH, which of her former co-stars she’d give a second chance, and Scheana Shay‘s new book, which reportedly includes “tea” about her.

“About me? Oh, good Lord. Well, that’s probably just to sell the book because she hasn’t got anything else to say,” Lisa noted on the May 1 episode of WWHL, proceeding to respond to Scheana’s recent claim that she only reaches out when she needs something.

“True that. I have 600 people I work with,” she shared, adding, “I think the last time when I needed her was when I invited her to my house to [my grandson] Teddy’s birthday.”

As for what she’d do if Kyle moved across the street, which nearly happened, Lisa went in hard on her former friend, saying she’d immediately “put [her] house on the market.”

“My doorbell ring would be, ‘Goodbye, Kyle!’ I’d have an electric fence that would sort out that straight hair she’s got, [and] I would get — my swans are attack swans. Hanky and Panky would go into gear,” she revealed.

According to Lisa, Kyle seems to want to be close to her despite their ongoing feud.

“She got a close shop that was like 100 yards from my restaurant before, right? And then she continually comes up to me. It’s like, doesn’t she get the message? I sometimes feel that she actually wants to sit on my lap,” Lisa admitted. “Why doesn’t she just ask to stay in my guest bedroom or something?”

Then, after host Andy Cohen, 56, pointed out that Kyle didn’t buy the house she was looking at on Lisa’s street, Lisa said her “offer wasn’t accepted, contrary to what she says.”

“But she’s not always totally transparent as we’ve seen on the show,” Lisa continued.

While Lisa isn’t in touch with many of her former castmates, she is “pretty close” to Garcelle, and she doesn’t blame her for cutting ties with the women after announcing her exit.

“Garcelle leaving that show, it was obviously time for her. She was someone important or successful before and will be after. But unfollowing them, I think she’s not a follower. I think she’s a leader,” Lisa declared.

Moving on to the recent breakups between the cast, Lisa said she was not surprised by Dorit and PK calling it quits, and she slammed Dorit for being “fake.”

“I actually knew that they kind of pretty much separated. I don’t think they were being that honest on the show because we have mutual friends. I think he was living in a hotel, and they were, you know, I mean, not to treat anything fake about her, oh my god, everything … and for her saying he’s a bad father, that’s not okay with me. He’s a good guy,” she clarified, noting she’s not currently in touch with PK.

“Is it Kyle who [sends him memes]? That very loyal friend,” Lisa sarcastically added. “And isn’t it, Kyle and Dorit don’t talk anymore? Why is this like music to my ears?”

Looking back at the cheating rumors about Mauricio that surfaced years ago, Lisa confessed to taking them seriously.

“As a restaurateur, your ear is very close to the ground. Everybody likes to talk. Everybody has a story to tell. But I mean, I just always hoped that they had a great marriage, but I don’t believe those salacious rumors that were really ugly,” she reasoned.

As for whether she was surprised by Kyle and Mauricio’s split, Lisa said she was “saddened by it.”

“I was saddened because I know how much they valued their relationship, and Kyle was always talking about the love,” she shared. “But surprised? No. There’ve been endless kinds of rumors.”

Although a return is not in the cards, Lisa did have some regrets from her time on the show.

“Sometimes I think things are really funny, and when they don’t think they’re funny, then I do regret it because if it’s said in humor or to make light of something, that’s maybe important,” she explained.

Then, after admitting she missed the “giggles” and “fun” she used to have on RHOBH, as well as the “feel-good factor,” Lisa confirmed she’s “utterly grateful and loyal” to Andy for the opportunity she was given and took aim at people she did not name.

“I hold that very highly. So when you get all these remarks from people that are constantly saying something negative … look at all the chances. Look at what people have done, and then they continually bite you in the a**, that’s not okay with me,” she added.

Later on the live broadcast, Lisa was questioned about which of her former castmates she’d give another chance. Unsurprisingly, she said she’d given Kyle too many chances, said “absolutely not” about Lisa Rinna, 61, and declined a second chance with Dorit, Eileen Davidson, 65, and Erika Jayne, 53.

Also on Thursday night, amid the WWHL: After Show, Lisa revealed who was more to blame for Kyle and Dorit’s feud.

“I haven’t seen it, but Kyle. No, I haven’t seen it. But I haven’t seen it, so it’s hard to be fair, but Kyle,” she laughed.
