Lisa Vanderpump is getting ready to become a grandma again “any minute now!”
Speaking exclusively to PEOPLE at the Hollywood Virgin Los Angeles Magazine Book Launch Party on Wednesday, Feb. 5, Vanderpump, 64, shared how her daughter Pandora Sabo is preparing to imminently welcome baby number two with her husband, Jason Sabo.
“I'm on baby watch right now,” the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star tells PEOPLE at the event at The Abbey in West Hollywood, which supported the relief efforts of the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation (LAFDF). “If the phone rings, I run if it's going to, but it is very soon.”
“I was in Vegas,” Vanderpump continues. “I spent a lot of time in Vegas. We just opened a new restaurant there and I came back. I thought it's going to be any minute. So yeah, if the phone rings, I'm gone.”
The Vanderpump Rules star is already grandma to grandson Teddy, 3, whom Pandora and Jason welcomed in November 2021.

Asked if there is going to be competition between who she can spoil more out of her grandkids, Vanderpump replies, “Well, yes, but you know what, with a new baby, I can't grab him as much as I can grab Teddy right now. Teddy's 3 now. So yeah, we are well acquainted.”
Vanderpump exclusively confirmed to PEOPLE that her daughter was expecting her second child in November 2024 when she, husband Ken Todd and Pandora and Jason attended the red carpet at the Vanderpump Dogs Gala at the Maybourne Beverly Hills. Grandson Teddy was also in attendance.
"She hasn't announced it yet but tonight it's pretty obvious,” Vanderpump, who is also mom to son Max, 33, said. “Yeah, we are expecting our second grandchild, so it's very exciting.”

In photos from the event, Pandora placed a hand on her blossoming baby bump as Jason smiled on.
At the time, the restauranteur told PEOPLE that she knew the sex of her second grandchild, but she remained tight-lipped about further details.
After Teddy's arrival, Vanderpump celebrated the news with a heartfelt message on Instagram alongside a picture of herself holding her grandson. "Obsessively in love with baby Theodore. Thank you Pandy and Jason for making me a Nanny Pinky,” she wrote.
Since then, Vanderpump has regularly shared photos of Teddy on her Instagram, including an adorable photo of the duo wearing matching navy blazers in December 2024.
“Thankful for family and Teddy Paws 🩷🧸,” she captioned the sweet snap.
