Lisa Vanderpump is going all-in on her next Vegas venture!

The reality TV star, restaurateur and entrepreneur, 64, is once again partnering with Caesars Entertainment — this time to open her very own hotel — and is sharing the exciting news exclusively with PEOPLE.

The Cromwell, a standalone boutique hotel sitting at the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road, will undergo a complete renovation before transitioning into The Vanderpump Hotel. The new property is set to open in early 2026.

“It is just going to be another passion project and that's what I'm looking for in my life,” Vanderpump tells PEOPLE.

“It's a very different challenge because it's an existing building than what we've created before, [where] we literally built a casino floor into a restaurant," she explains. "We're going to be working with the parameters of the hotel walls. It's not like we are knocking anything down but we're refurbishing all the rooms. It's great that it's a boutique hotel and it's on The Strip. It's just a wonderful project for the Vanderpump brand.”

The entrepreneur is working with her design partner, Nick Alain, for the 188-room property that will be The Vanderpump Hotel, including 19 suites, all of which she describes as “attainable luxury.”

“I get very excited about creating new spaces. I think it would probably be much easier for us as a brand to replicate, to come up with one and then just replicate them and to continue doing them,” Vanderpump tells PEOPLE. “But that is not what excites me and Nick Alain as a design company, but this is going to be different with our touch. It is all-encompassing.”

"What I love is the freshness, the new challenge, the visuals," she adds. "I look at everything, everywhere I go. It's like my mind wanders into the design of it. I find it very, very exciting. And luckily, I have a partner in our design business that likes to explore as well and to create the extraordinary."

Vanderpump and Alain also worked together to design her latest Vegas restaurant, Pinky’s, located inside Flamingo Las Vegas. The upscale eatery opened in December 2024.

“[The Flamingo] is the oldest or the first hotel on the strip. So it was basically creating something that felt like you pulled back the curtain and this had been here forever. That's why when you look at the floor, you almost believe that's an original,” Vanderpump told PEOPLE at the time.

The Bravo star has a proven track record in Las Vegas with Caesars Entertainment.

Her March 2019 opening of Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace, followed by Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas in April 2022 paved the way for Pinky’s and the Vanderpump Hotel.

“Through my design company, Vanderpump Alain, with my partner Nick Alain, we can’t wait to breathe new life into this property and make it something truly magical,” the mogul said of the Vanderpump Hotel, in part, in a press release.

Vanderpump’s restaurants (and hotel) are in perfect proximity to major Sin City attractions such as the Fly LINQ Zipline, High Roller Observation Wheel, the Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck and a host of casinos.

Sean McBurney, regional president of Caesars Entertainment, added, “We’ve had a phenomenal partnership with Lisa, developing three very successful restaurants in Las Vegas.”

“Now we get to take Lisa’s vision and expertise to the next level – infusing her talent and creativity into an entire hotel at the most incredible location on the Las Vegas Strip. Nowhere else in the world can guests experience The Vanderpump Hotel, and

Don't expect reality camera crews to capture all the inner-workings, à la Vanderpump Rules.

"The last 15 years of my life has been documented," the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum said. "You've seen me open restaurants, and so I think that could be a natural progression, But right now, I just need to get the whole situation in the Vanderpump style and up and running before I even consider that."

"I don't think we would do a design reality series on developing it. But yeah, I mean, reality does follow me around," she teased.

The Vanderpump Hotel is slated to open in 2026.
