Lindsay Hubbard says she got her happily-ever-after with the arrival of her baby daughter, Gemma.
The ”Summer House” star welcomed her first child with her boyfriend Turner Kufe in December 2024, but little is known about the couple’s relationship.
During a February 2025 interview on Access Hollywood’s “Housewives Nightcap,” Hubbard, 38, told hosts Lauren Herbert and Emily Orozco that her mindset about romance changed after her breakup with her former fiancé Carl Radke just three months before their wedding in 2023. Hubbard does not live with her baby’s father—and that’s how she wants it.
“I took on a completely different mindset in the romantic department after my breakup with Carl,” Hubbard shared on the podcast. “And even though I got pregnant and now have a baby, I’m not putting the pressure on the romantic department because I have the baby now. That was my ultimate goal. And now I can take my time to make sure my romantic relationship is compatible and is gonna go the distance
Noting that “nothing is guaranteed – even in marriage,” Hubbard added. “I’m not thinking about engagement and marriage, still right now. If it happens for me, amazing, and if it doesn’t, I got my fairytale.”
Lindsay Hubbard Said It’s Her & Gemma Now
Hubbard surprised fans on July 4, 2024, when she announced her pregnancy with her new beau less than a year after Radke ended their engagement. She began dating Kufe, who is a doctor who works in biotech investing in January 2024, according to People magazine.
In a September interview on “The Toast” podcast, Hubbard told co-hosts Jackie and Claudia Oshry that she became pregnant three months into her new relationship. She has yet to share photos of her new man and didn’t publicly reveal his name until after their daughter was born.
On “Housewives Nightcap,” Hubbard confirmed that she still does not live with the father of her child and isn’t sure she will when her apartment lease is up in June. Instead, she said she would focus on areas with good schools for Gemma and neighborhoods where some of her “mom friends” live.
Hubbard confirmed that her boyfriend stayed at her place with her toward the end of her pregnancy in case she went into labor. “When [the baby] came, he had paternity leave,” she added. “He was pretty much with me nonstop throughout that entire process, which was so incredible. But now he’s back at work, so it’s me and Gemma girl grinding out day and night over here.”
Hubbard’s new interview dropped on the same day that the Deux U podcast alleged she may no longer be with Kufe. “I heard that Lindsay and her boyfriend/baby daddy are splitting up,” Deux Moi told guest Dana Bowling. The podcast host claimed she was told that “things just didn’t work out” and that the source from which she received the information “wasn’t from an anonymous email.”

Lindsay Hubbard Was Vocal About Her Desire for a Baby
“Summer House” fans know that Hubbard once penned a “timeline” for marriage and babies. She had hoped to get pregnant right after her wedding to Radke.
During a February 2023 appearance on Betches’ “Mention It All” podcast, the then-36-year-old Bravo star even said, “I’m no spring chicken over here. So, I’m like, ‘Okay, Carl, we’re gonna be trying to get pregnant as soon as we get married.’”
Weeks before Radke ended their engagement, a scene on “Summer House” showed Hubbard speculating on being pregnant by the summer of 2024.
Radke told the “Viall Files” podcast that Hubbard’s prediction comes into play in the new season, which debuts February 12 on Bravo. Hubbard announced her pregnancy just before filming for the 9th season of the Bravo reality show began in July 2024.
“I told her ‘I’m happy for you,” Radke said of his first time seeing his expectant ex. “And very classic Lindsay, she made a comment to be almost like drawing back something she said on camera from a previous scene from a previous season… basically her and I talking about the wedding and she’s like ‘Oh maybe I’ll be pregnant by next summer.’ So now fast forward.”
With Hubbard’s baby now on board, her future on “Summer House” is unclear.
