Lindsay Hubbard on Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover Split: ‘Really Feel for Them’-quang

Ahead of the highly-anticipated premiere of Summer House Season 9, Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover gave us something to talk about. The New York fashionista and Southern Charm star shocked the Bravoverse when they announced their split. While fans wanted it to work, Paige and Craig are just headed on different paths.

One person who knows how it feels to go through a public breakup is Lindsay Hubbard. Last year, she and Carl Radke called off their engagement after a tumultuous summer that made headlines for weeks. Now, Lindsay is chiming in to support her Summer House sister when she’s going through something similar.

Lindsay Hubbard and Paige DeSorbo’s newfound friendship

Lindsay recently appeared on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast to chat about the upcoming Summer House season. Of course, she had to give her two cents on the Paige and Craig break up. “Oh man, I feel for them,” Lindsay said. “And I’m sure that the decision came as the best thing for both of them, but I just feel for the public nature of it all because it sucks.”

Apparently, Lindsay found out about the breakup with the rest of us – when she read the headlines on Instagram. She texted Paige right away to show support but hasn’t talked to Craig since the news broke. “I thought about reaching out, yeah,” she admitted.

Craig congratulated Lindsay on her pregnancy news last summer, but she hasn’t heard from him since. “But when I had Gemma, he hasn’t reached out,” she added. “But, it also seems like maybe there was a lot going on for them at that time, so.” 

On the other hand, Paige and Lindsay text all the time. It’s a stark contrast to their formerly tense relationship. “She’s like, ‘How’s it going? Thinking of you, what’s going on?’ It’s been really nice,” Lindsay said of the new friendship. We’ll have to see how all of this came to be during the Summer House Season 9 premiere.
