Lenny Hochstein and his ex-fiancée, Katharina Mazepa, have fueled reconciliation rumors after they were spotted packing on the PDA at Sinan Tuna’s star-studded Miami mansion party during Art Basel Thursday night.
“Lenny and Katharina showed up to the party together and were inseparable all evening,” an eyewitness exclusively tells Page Six.
We hear the alleged exes were “all over each other” and were seen holding hands and hugging as the night unfolded.
Lenny Hochstein and Katharina Mazepa cozied up together at Sinan Tuna’s private mansion party celebrating Art Basel in Miami Thursday night.
A spy told Page Six that the former couple were “all over each other” at the starry party.
Hochstein played coy about their relationship status when reached by Page Six for comment.
The plastic surgeon was spotted schmoozing with Tuna, a multimillionaire Turkish tycoon, and was seen flitting around the party socializing.
Meanwhile, Mazepa stopped in front of a stunning candle display to pose for a photo shoot.
Hochstein, 58, wore a blue button-down shirt and gray pants while the Instagram model, 29, looked chic in a silk ivory backless gown.
He instead complimented Tuna’s fête, calling the millionaire someone who “really knows how to entertain.”
Mazepa and Hochstein called off their engagement in September.
It’s unclear if the pair have rekindled things and Hochstein played coy when reached for comment about their relationship status.
“I’m not the one on a ‘reality’ show,” he told Page Six in an email Friday, referring to his ex-wife, “The Real Housewives of Miami” star Lisa Hochstein.
“Sinan’s party was amazing. He really knows how to entertain.”
However, they sparked rumors that they were back together in October.
Hochstein proposed in July 2023.
Meanwhile, Mazepa did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
The self-proclaimed “Boob God” and Mazepa first sparked rumors that they were getting back together in October after they cuddled up to each other in a photo while celebrating Halloween.
Last month, Lenny posted a photo to Instagram in which he and Mazepa were seen enjoying a romantic Thanksgiving meal in St. Barths.
“Happy thanksgiving from St. Barths. Forever grateful for this one,” he captioned the photo on Nov. 28, tagging the brunette beauty.
The pair had been dating for two years before he got down on one knee.
Mazepa previously told Page Six that their breakup was “amicable.”
Page Six broke the news that they had called off their engagement in September.
“We recently ended our engagement. I have decided to move forward with my life,” Lenny told us at the time, noting that he had “nothing but love and admiration for Katharina” and her family.
Mazepa echoed those sentiments, telling us that they ended on “amicable” terms and she was grateful for the “beautiful two years [they] spent together.”
Clearly they have remained on very good terms despite calling off their plans to tie the knot.
The plastic surgeon said that he “decided to move forward with [his] life” at the time of their split.
He was previously married to Lisa Hochstein for 12 years.
Hochstein and Mazepa got engaged in July 2023 after dating for one year.
News of their relationship surfaced in May 2022 after Page Six broke the news that Lisa had a showdown with Lenny at a Miami nightclub when she saw him partying with Mazepa.
Just days later, Lenny filed for divorce from Lisa and the pair had a years-long contentious custody battle over their two young kids until finalizing their divorce in November.
The “RHOM” star has since moved on with Jody Glidden.
