The former islander, 26, is expected to go onto the ITV show next week after Lucinda Strafford, 25, touched down in South Africa for the show, before turning around and flying back to the UK this week.
Jess's return comes after a TikTok video was posted showing off her fresh hair transformation, captioned 'Holiday hair'.
During the clip, the reality star discussed her new look with hairdresser James Lear, hinting at a major trip ahead.

'I'm not saying I want to be beach blonde but I feel like I've been this colour for years and I just want something different,' she explained.
As the hairdresser wrapped up the conversation, they asked Jess: 'Do you know how long you are going away for?'
Jess playfully replied: 'I don't know yet, it depends,' before flashing a smile and laughing.
What's more, Jess's hairdresser, James Lear, is the same stylist who worked on Harriett Blackmore and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu before their Love Island All Stars appearances, another nod to her comeback into the villa.
Jess originally appeared on season 11 of Love Island, where she coupled up with Ronnie.
While their romance initially seemed promising, the semi professional footballer's wandering eye led to complications in their relationship.
Now, with Jess's return imminent, tensions could flare between her and Ronnie, especially given his rekindled connection with Harriett.

'You have to be tall—you can't be shorter than me. I can't be questioning whether I can wear heels around you. If you're vertically challenged, it's not for me.'
