Lateasha "Sweet Tea" Lunceford and her husband, Dr. Gregory Lunceford, have been married since April 2023. Before their wedding, Gregory proposed with a gorgeous diamond engagement ring, and now, we finally have more details on the stunning sparkler.
In January, Lateasha spoke with The Daily Dish about the ring. "It's pear-shaped and the band is rose gold," the Married to Medicine cast member shared. "I don't know anything about the carats. I actually told Gregory that I wanted something not too big, just something small. I work a busy job, so I didn't want this to be in the way. But he did what he wanted to do, OK?!"
As you can see in the photos below, Gregory popped the question with a massive pear-shaped rock surrounded by smaller diamonds. Moreover, Lateasha's rose-gold wedding band is also diamond-encrusted and utterly fabulous.

Additionally, during our conversation, Lateasha revealed more details about how Gregory proposed.
"We got engaged in Jamaica," she shared. "We were actually there for a friend's wedding, and it was very unexpected. He decided that he was gonna propose on stage when they were performing reggae. And...I'm not that big of a fan of reggae."
Lateasha said with a laugh, "He was like, 'I can get us backstage passes.' I was like, 'Please don't.'"
Despite Lateasha's protests, Gregory still brought her up on stage.
"'They were like, 'We're gonna get Gregory to come on stage and he's gonna invite his girlfriend on stage,' and I was like, "OK, what's going on?'" the Atlanta resident shared. "They were like, 'Gregory won a prize earlier,' and I [was thinking], 'I've been with him the whole day and Gregory didn't win a prize.' And so I turned around and I'm like, 'Oh, Gregory's on his knees.' It shocked me. Then he pulled out the ring and the lights were shining, He was showing his love for me."

She continued: "I started crying. I could tell he was nervous, too. He was kind of like shaking with the ring. And he was like, 'I brought you all the way out here, I just have to ask a question. Will you marry me?' And I [said], 'You know I will!'"
