Larsa Pippen shares love life update after Marcus Jordan breakup: ‘I’ve been trying to lay low’-quang

Larsa Pippen is keeping her love life low-key after breaking up with Marcus Jordan.

“I’ve been trying to lay low,” the “Real Housewives of Miami” star tells Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” while promoting her role on E!’s “House of Villains” Season 2.

“I think from my last relationship, it was so public that I think in this chapter of my life, I want to keep certain things to myself,” she elaborates, “and not be so overly open because it just didn’t work out well for me, my last situation.”

Pippen, 50, and Jordan, 33, made their relationship Instagram-official in January 2023 following months of speculation. Their romance played out on “RHOM” Season 6, but the couple called it quits by the time its final episodes started to air.

The “Real Housewives of Miami” star split from Marcus Jordan this year.

Despite a brief reconciliation, the Bravolebrity and the son of NBA legend Michael Jordan parted ways for good in March.

Pippen tells “Virtual Reali-Tea” that she is hesitant to spotlight her next relationship in a future season of “RHOM.”

“I think I want to get to know people, go on dates, and then once I figure it out, you know, the vibe with the person, then maybe [I’ll] be open to sharing,” she explains.

The Larsa Marie jewelry designer is open to dating but hasn’t had much luck lately, as she believes Miami is the “worst place” to meet potential suitors.

Pippen says she has been “trying to lay low” as she searches for Mr. Right.

She chatted with “Virtual Reali-Tea” after her surprise casting on E!’s “House of Villains” was revealed.

“I just think there’s a lot of eye candy there,” says the 305 resident, who is in the early stages of filming “RHOM” Season 7. “So, I feel like it’s hard to date here.”

Pippen says she recently formed a connection with a guy she met while out on the town — but cut things off once her friends did some digging.

“I literally met someone randomly out … my friend started giving him a nickname, and they called him ‘Tinder Swindler.’ They’re like, ‘He’s a full con,’” she tells us.

“So that’s why you can’t meet random people because I feel like I will take you for face value. And then once my friends start to research you, they’re like, ‘He has no identity online … like, at all,’” Pippen continues before joking, “So I’m like, ‘OK, he’s probably going to kill us all.’”

She recently cut things off with a mystery man after her friends discovered he was a “full con.”

The reality TV star — who shares four children with her ex-husband, Scottie Pippen — says she expected to have no trouble meeting Mr. Right after finalizing her divorce from the former basketball player, 59, in December 2021.

“I think it’s hard to trust people. And for me, it’s just hard for me to bring people into my world and [meet] my kids, and it’s just not as easy as I thought,” she says.

“I thought when I got divorced, I really thought it would be … not so hard to meet a person that I could be with. And I’m starting to realize … it’s not as easy as I thought it was going to be.”

Pippen filmed “The Traitors” Season 2 alongside Jordan.

She is ecstatic to compete on “House of Villains” without a significant other by her side.

It was easy, however, for Larsa to film “House of Villains” solo after competing on “The Traitors” Season 2 alongside her then-beau, Marcus.

“It was way better,” she says of participating in the series without a significant other. “I had a great experience, and I loved having other guys in the house because I feel like I really got along well with the guys.”

Larsa says she became particularly close with “Love & Hip Hop” star Safaree Samuels — Nicki Minaj’s ex — but insists their connection was strictly platonic.

“Safaree and I became really good friends after that. We both live in the same city, but we had never even ran into each other. And then we ended up living in the same house, which was pretty cool,” she says.

She says she got particularly close with castmate Safaree Samuels, best known for his time on “Love & Hip Hop,” who also lives in Miami.

“I got along with all the guys. We’re just friends, but it was just really fun getting to know him and the rest of the guys.”

Larsa was also happy to see Teresa Giudice, a good friend and fellow “Real Housewife,” when she stepped on the set of the unscripted hit.

“I was so excited. I love her so much. We literally lived together. Imagine being able to live in the same house with a really good friend of yours?” she says, raving over the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” OG.

“We just had so much fun. … We cooked together. We would go to sleep together. She would make me coffee every day. Like, I just really enjoyed spending time with her.”

Larsa surprised “House of Villains” viewers by joining the cast in Thursday’s episode after “90 Day Fiancé” star Larissa Lima was eliminated.

The series convenes Giudice, Tiffany “New York” Pollard (“I Love New York,” “Flavor of Love”), Kandy Muse (“RuPaul’s Drag Race”), Camilla Poindexter (“Bad Girls Club”), Richard Hatch (“Survivor”) and Victoria Larson (“The Bachelor”), among other notorious reality TV icons.

The crew will battle it out for a $200,000 cash prize and the title of “America’s Greatest Supervillain.”

If she wins, the Bravolebrity hopes to upgrade the closet in her new home.

If she happens to win, Larsa tells “Virtual Reali-Tea” that she’d like to spend the money on upgrading her new home.

“I just bought a house,” she says. “So maybe I would redo the closet or something.”

“House of Villains” airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET on E! and the first two episodes are available to stream on Peacock.
