Longtime MLB pitcher Lance Lynn is one of us now: watching baseball from the living room.

“Baseball season is upon us and I’m right here on the couch,” Lynn said on his wife’s “Dymin in the Rough” podcast Tuesday. “That is where I’m going to stay … I’m officially retiring from baseball.”

After 13 seasons and bookending his career in St. Louis with the Cardinals in 2024, the 37-year-old is calling it quits, he told the world alongside his wife, Dymin.
