Lala Kent revealed she would join Southern Charm – and shared why. The Vanderpump Rules star also gave a major health update after recently addressing her pre-cancerous eye diagnosis.Lala was fired with the rest of her Pump Rules castmates on season 11. Rumors are swirling, however, that the mother-of-two may join the cast of The Valley amid Jax Taylor’s exit. According to reports, season 3 of the spinoff is about to film. On an Amazon Live session, Lala was asked which reality show she would enjoy joining. “I think I would want to be on Southern Charm because it’s the closest thing to Vanderpump Rules,” said Lala, via Bravo TV. “I just like the dynamics. It feels very real and honest and easy. These people are hanging out whether there’s a camera up or not. That would be my go-to.” But Lala admitted that her casting would be a stretch, given that she has “no connection to Charleston.” However, she’s had contact with Craig Conover, Austen Kroll and Madison LeCroy. “I love all of the cast. They’re so nice,” Lala expressed. “I had really good conversations with Craig and Austen this year at one of the upfront shoots that we filmed… I’m not gonna tell you what that conversation was like, but maybe if they touch on it on their show, then I can tell you my conversation with Austen. It was very interesting.” “Craig and I will go back and forth on DMs. Austen and I will go back and forth on DMs,” the star added. “I love Madison. She and I will do the same type of thing. Any time I see them at BravoCon, it’s so happy and fun. So those are the three I talk to the most, which is not frequently, but I consider them friends.” A fan asked if Lala would consider appearing with Tom Schwartz on Summer House. “From your lips — or your keyboard — to Bravo’s ears. That would be so fun,” said Lala, who also addressed Paige DeSorbo’s exit. “I love Summer House. I’m so curious to see what it’s going to be like without Paige DeSorbo because she is iconic. Everyone loves watching her. Even if she didn’t say anything, she’s just so aesthetically pleasing, right? She’s beautiful. She always looks cool… Boss chick.” On Instagram, Lala revealed the "very happy news" that she finished her third and final round of the topical chemo drops for her eye. She said she went to the doctor the day before, and the physician was "thrilled" with the results. "They cleared me," she said, via @vanderpodrecaps on Instagram. "I felt an overwhelming amount of gratitude and just happiness and peace. And now they just want to see me every four months ... God willing that it just stays good. So I'm really happy."
