As if it wasn't clear enough, Kyle Richards just might be Morgan Wade's biggest fan. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member is always supporting her country music singer BFF in one way or another — whether she's listening to her new album or attending one of her concerts.
After embarking on a South African safari last week, Kyle topped off her trip by watching Morgan perform at the Cape Town Country Festival in Cape Town, South Africa on Sunday, October 27. Kyle took to her Instagram Story the next day, where she posted two photos from Morgan's performance while standing on the side of the stage. In the photos, Morgan can be seen on the big screen at the show, playing her turquoise blue guitar while singing one of her songs.
"[Morgan Wade] killed it last night at [DHL Stadium] in Cape Town!" Kyle wrote over the first photo, also tagging Morgan's band leader, Clint Wells.
Kyle then posted another photo of Morgan on the big screen — this time of her profile — singing one of her many songs. "[Morgan Wade] & the gang on fire at the [Cape Town Country Festival]," Kyle wrote over the sweet photo.
Kyle Richards Says Morgan Wade Is An "Amazing" Performer
Kyle is a big fan of Morgan's live performances. During an August 5 Amazon Live stream, one viewer commented that they had seen Morgan perform in Florida and thought that she was great.
"It is an amazing show, for sure," Kyle agreed.
In an October 8 interview with Us Weekly, Kyle addressed what it's like to be spotted at one of Morgan's performances. "She was not used to being in the public eye, so I felt bad she was going through that," she said. "It's quieted down for sure, but I was at a music festival, and she was playing, and it was like, 'Oh my God, Kyle's backstage!' They get excited. I tune it out."
Inside Kyle Richards and Morgan Wade's Trip to South Africa
Kyle, Morgan, and their friends embarked on a South African safari days before Morgan's big gig. Kyle took to her Instagram Story last week, where she revealed that she was on a safari in Kruger National Park with Morgan's manager, Mary Sparr. The friends posted many photos and videos of the animals they spotted on the trip — from a lanky giraffe to a herd of elephants.
Days later, Morgan took to her own Instagram Story where she revealed that she had missed out on the first day of the trip after taking Malaria pills, which kept her "down for a whole day." But, Morgan insisted that she wasn't missing a lion "this time." Luckily, Morgan was able to spot a majestic-looking lion during a safari.
At the end of the trip, Kyle took to her Instagram Story, where she posted a photo of her, Morgan, their friends, and their safari tour guides, standing together, wearing neutral-colored clothing. It's safe to say that the group had an amazing time together, especially after getting to see animals including elephants, bison, rhinos, cheetahs, and yes, even a lion.
"Best guide & tracker ever!" Kyle captioned the photo. "Not only did we see the Big 5 but also the Super 7. Thank you Oupa and Emanuel."
