Kyle Richards made a slight change to a previous comment she made about spending time with Mauricio Umansky over the holidays.
In December 2024, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star told TMZ that she would spend the holidays with her family at their vacation home in Aspen, Colorado—then clarified who that included. “I’m going to be with my family — my daughters,” she said. “I’m going to be skiing with my girls.”
“He’s welcome to join,” she added of her estranged husband.
Richards and Umansky were married for nearly 28 years when they announced their separation in July 2023. Things had been amicable between the exes, but Richards’ latest comments came days after Umansky, 54, was spotted kissing 33-year-old model Klaudia K during a date in Aspen.
In December, a source told Page Six that Richards was “heartbroken” by Umansky’s PDA with another woman while in the place they’ve long called a second home. “Seeing Mau kiss that woman in Aspen — where he and Kyle have so many memories together as a couple — is especially hurtful,” the insider shared.
“It’s not the first time Mau has been photographed kissing somebody else, but this is the first holiday season they’re spending apart since he got his own place,” the source added.

While the insider claimed the exes would spend the 2024 holiday season apart, Richards previously teased that she would likely spend time with Umansky in Aspen, which is where the family traditionally spends the winter holidays.
“That’s the million-dollar question,” she told E! News at BravoCon in November 2024. “Yes, we’ll probably all be together in Aspen. And we did our summer trip together, we were fine.”

Richards also said her separation from Umansky would not affect how they celebrate the holidays with their four daughters Farrah, 36, Alexia, 28, Sophia, 24, and Portia,16.
In a second interview with E! News, she said she would “definitely” spend time with The Agency founder. “Oh yeah, we’ll see each other during the holidays,” Richards said in the interview. “You know, we are a family. We have our daughters together. So, we’ll see each other during the holidays for sure.”
This is the first holiday season that Umansky no longer lives with Richards at their home in Encino, California. In 2023, she spoke to Extra about spending the holidays with her ex. “We get along, we don’t argue, so it was actually nice,” she said of their holiday time last year. “We had our friends over — a couple friends — and our girls were there. And then we all watched TV the next day and watched a movie together. So it’s nice to be able to have that.”
