News of Buying Beverly Hills' cancelation came on Friday, according to Deadline.

The show's second season premiered in March.

A source told the outlet the cancellation was related to low viewership in relation to the cost of production.

Season Two of Buying Beverly Hills featured glimpses into the drama between Mauricio and Kyle, 55.

The pair announced their separation in July 2023 and have not reunited.

The real estate mogul spoke openly about the challenges in his marriage, while Kyle has remained tight-lipped on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Kyle has made a few appearances on Buying Beverly Hills.

Farrah Brittany and Alexia Umansky, Kyle's daughter from a previous marriage and her eldest daughter with Mauricio, regularly appeared on the show.

Buying Beverly Hills was produced by Wheelhouse's Spoke Studios and Just Entertainment.

It was executive produced by Brent Montgomery, Pam Healy, Will Nothacker, Justin W. Hochberg, Liz Fine, Adam Sher, Deanna Markoff, Ed Simpson, and Luke Neslage.

SEPARATE LIVES
Kyle and Mauricio have been living separate lives since announcing their separation.

Rumors have swirled that she and country singer Morgan Wade, whom she's been spending a significant amount of time with, are dating.

Kyle has denied being anything more than friends with Morgan.

However, rumors emerged again when she was spotted supporting her backstage during a show in July.

Mauricio, meanwhile, was spotted locking lips with Russian actress Nikita Kahn.

Kyle and Mauricio reunited in June to surprise their youngest daughter, Portia, with a $90,000 Porsche for her birthday.

A video showed the family walking with Portia toward the front door.

She stepped outside to see an unfamiliar car sitting in the driveway.

"Who's car is that?" Mauricio questioned, teasing the teen.

Portia was seen with her mouth agape as she looked as the car.

"Are you kidding me?" she asked, covering her mouth in shock.

Kyle was heard laughing in the background.

Bravo's cameras were present for the exciting moment.

POOR TIMING?
While Kyle hasn't spoken at length about her split from Mauricio on camera, she has touched on it some.

The couple spoke with their daughters Alexia, 27, Sophia, 24, and Portia, 16, about the split on camera during a February episode of RHOBH.

After the episode aired, Howard Stern, 70, discussed the decision on an episode of The Howard Stern Show.

He called out Kyle, claiming it wasn't appropriate for the Bravo star to have that conversation in front of cameras.

"I'm a big Beverly Hills Housewives fan, I watch that show religiously," he said.

"One of the gals on there, Kyle, it looks like her marriage is on the rocks."

He went on, "She calls a meeting with her children and discusses it with them on camera, and I'm like, that's the craziest s**t I ever saw."

Howard claimed that the family is "hell-bent on being famous," to the point that they're willing to "drag the kids into it."

Howard called the scene the "greatest trainwreck" he's ever seen.Mauricio Umansky's show, Buying Beverly Hills, was reportedly canceled due to low ratings
