Kyle Cooke and Tom Schwartz Bond Over Fatherhood Aspirations in Exclusive 'Summer House' Clip: 'We're Destined to be Amazing Dads!' - lulu

Tom Schwartz and Kyle Cooke are ready to have kids. In an exclusive clip from tonight’s episode of Summer House, the two Bravolebrities, both of whom are in their 40s, open up about their dreams of becoming fathers one day.

Schwartz, who was married to his Vanderpump Rules co-star Katie Maloney until she filed for divorce in 2022, gives a positive update on how he’s doing in life, telling Cooke, “I feel like a whole human for the first time in a few years. This is nice.” He and Maloney had been together for 12 years (and married for six) before they parted ways ahead of Vanderpump Rules’ 10th season. The reality series is now getting a completely new cast in Season 12, leaving Schwartz to cameo-jump between fan-favorite Bravo shows like Summer House and The Valley.

While things might be looking up for Schwartz these days, he still feels like something is missing from his life.

“I’m very fulfilled but there is a void in my life and that’s not having kids,” he divulges, confessing that he wants “a family eventually.”

Cooke, who has been married to his Summer House co-star Amanda Batula for more than three years, agrees with his friend, adding, “Dude, in my 30s I used to look at people in their 40s that were kidless and be like, ‘You are a selfish prick.’”

According to Cooke, he “never would have thought” he wouldn’t have kids by 42.

“Dude, I think we’re gonna be great dads. We’re just gonna be really old,” Cooke jokes, while Schwartz adds, “By the time they’re 20, we’re gonna be 60. We’re gonna snore. We’re gonna pass out in the La-Z-Boy. Oh, my God. We’re gonna be in bed by 6:30.”

But Cooke, who is notorious for his late-night antics, quickly promises, “No. Never.” We’re sure Batula will be happy to hear that (not)!
