Kroy Biermann is thriving now that Kim Zolciak is no longer an active part of his life. The former Don’t Be Tardy star appeared on the Tufftalk Podcast to explain how he has been able to reconnect with friends and loved ones.
Kroy Needed Support:
I’ve been “recentering myself [and] talking to people who knew me,” began the former Real Housewives of Atlanta personality. “They say, ‘Kroy, this is who I know you are. This is who I know you to be.’ It really is [a beautiful thing].” The retired NFL star admitted to needing support. “Like, I had to have God, family, and friends be there to pull me out. Then, before I realized it, I turned around and those connections had either fizzled out or life got busy. They were busy and I didn’t have the connections that I should have maintained. So, that’s one thing that I realized, too. To be on your own in the middle of the ocean in a storm is scary. You want some crew members with you to battle those waves and I didn’t those.”
In a moment of reflection, Kroy chose to rephrase his statement. “I did [have those connections during my trying times] and I didn’t even realized that I did, which was even more humbling. I was maybe even more grateful when I did look up and there were people like you, and my family was right there, some other close friends that regardless of how long it was, they were just right there and said, ‘What can we do? How can we help? Let’s talk through this, let’s build. Let’s ready to go and let’s go.'”

I hope only the best for the whole family.
Good for him! This is a lesson he will never forget. I’m happy to hear he has a support system
He fell for a nut case. Glad he has gotten back with his family. Kim drained him financially and spiritually
