Kristin Cavallari‘s Nashville-area estate sold for $7.5M.

Us Weekly confirmed Kristin dropped $3 million on her home in 2020 after she and her ex, Jay Cutler, split.

Kristin’s ‘divorce’ house:

The Franklin, Tennessee, 28-acre estate boasts four bedrooms and five bathrooms. With 6,799 feet of living space, there’s a spacious and newly remodeled kitchen. It features state-of-the art appliances and a walk-in pantry which is perfect for entertaining. The living room has custom built-ins and a wood-burning fireplace. The main living space was described as “a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.”

In 2022, Kristin explained that she spent a significant amount of time renovating the home after buying it. “I am really thankful because this is the first house I’ve ever lived in that is exactly what I wanted aesthetically. This is the first time I can truly say I really love my house.”

Having recently split from her children’s father, she fell in love with the home at first sight. “I walked in and knew immediately that it was my house. It was the energy more than anything. It’s like it was calling my name. Honestly, it was like everything just aligned for me.”

“I feel very lucky [my kids] are outside playing all day; it’s almost like an old-school way of raising kids. To have bees and honey and a chicken coop makes me so happy. Plus, teaching your kids life skills like that is neat. For my kids to be able to go out to our coop and get eggs is a really cool way to grow up. Very different than how I grew up.”

KCav revealed on her podcast in October 2024 that she and her children had moved into a new home while remaining in the area. “I am currently sitting in my half-empty kitchen, but actually there are just boxes stacked everywhere. “Just moved into my new house a couple of days ago.”
