Kristen Doute seemingly agreed with a fan accusing Janet Caperna of being “slanderous” and “reckless” with “other people’s reputations” to “manufacture a storyline.” She also suggested that she “regrets” how Janet was invited to the Hawaii cast trip.

In the new season of The Valley, Janet has continually accused Danny Booko of having a drinking problem. Though she slammed him repeatedly for taking swigs of tequila on vacation, fans have pointed out how often Janet takes shots on the show. And in the latest episode, she seemed to down margaritas before going after Nia Sanchez, who left the table in tears.

After the episode aired, Kristen reacted to Instagram fans addressing the situation.

“We saw [the true] Janet last night … Think she might have a drinking problem. She was sipping down those margaritas awfully quick,” wrote one fan, shared by @vanderpodrecaps on Instagram.

“Yep, I think it needs to be addressed… STAT,” wrote a different user. “Wonder if she’s drinking at home during the day? … Should we be concerned about Joyless Janet when she starts hittin’ those margs?!?!? See how easy it is to start some bullsh*t, Janet?! Stop being so slanderous & reckless with other people’s reputations in order to manufacture a storyline.”

At this point, Kristen responded with the emoji of a hand covering a smile.

She also reacted to a fan questioning why Janet went with the cast to Hawaii.

“We try not to live with regrets.. however..” wrote Kristen.

Back in April, on The Valley: After Show, Kristen shared her opinion on Janet’s ‘apology’ at the beginning of the season, when Janet brought up Zack Wickham’s offensive past comments.

“It’s not that I support those words being said, but [he and Janet are] basically mortal enemies, what the f*ck do you think your enemy’s gonna say about you?” said Kristen. “I don’t know if it actually bothered Janet the way Janet says it does, or [if] it was just so convenient for her to weaponize it to get people to hate Zack.”

“[Janet is] cruel or mean for no reason,” she went on. “I do not trust her an ounce.”
